The “Profile” section allows you to view and manage your personal and contact information, change passwords, and configure security information such as Two-Factor Authentication.
To access the profile settings, go to the Account > Profile section.

Account Settings
The “Account Settings” tab allows you to edit your personal and contact information and change passwords.
To edit your personal information, fill in the following fields:
- First Name: Enter the first name.
- Last Name: Enter the last name.
To edit your contact information, enter the email address in the “Email” field.
To change the password, fill in the following fields:
- New Password: Enter the new password.
- Repeat Password: Re-enter your new password to confirm it is correct.
Click the “Save” button to complete.
Security Settings
The “Security Settings” tab allows you to secure your account with Two-Factor Authentication. Note: The feature is disabled by default.
- Authentication Type:
- Select the preferable authentication type (SMS / Google Authenticator) and follow the provided instructions in the pop-up window. Read How to set up the Two-Factor Authentication in this Knowledge Base article.
- Select the “Disabled” option if you do not want the Two-Factor Authentication to be enabled.
- Current Password: Fill in the current account’s password.
Click the “Save” button to complete.
