Advanced Rule Reject Summary Report

The Advanced Rule Reject Summary Report allows you to view the number of processed advanced rules and the number of rejects done by these rules to collect the necessary data and analyze statistics.

To view the report, go to the Fraud and Anomaly > iClear > Advanced Rule Reject Summary section.

You can use the corresponding tabs to group data by Publisher and by Date.

Group by Publisher

The “Group by Publisher” tab allows you to view and compare the performance of each rule applied to the leads of each particular Publisher.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the date range of the report.
  • Product: Select the Product.
  • Publisher: Select the Publisher.
  • Rules: Select the advanced rule.


The Advanced Rule Reject Summary list, grouped by Publisher, contains the following information:

  • Publisher: The name of the Publisher.
  • Advanced Rule: The name of the advanced rule.
  • Checked: The number of checks in the selected time period by the selected Publisher.
  • Triggered: The number of triggers of the advanced rule in the time period chosen by the selected Publisher.
  • % Triggered: The percentage ratio of triggered rules over the number of checked rules.
  • Rejected: The number of rejects in the time period chosen by the selected Publisher.
  • % Rejected: The percentage ratio of rejects to the number of triggers.

Group by Date

The “Group by Date” tab allows you to view and compare the performance of each rule applied to the leads for each particular date.

  • Date: Select the date range of the report.
  • Product: Select the Product.
  • Publisher: Select the Publisher.
  • Rules: Select the advanced rule.

The Advanced Rule Reject Summary list, grouped by date, contains the following information: 

  • Date: The date when the rule was processed.
  • Advanced Rule: The name of the advanced rule.
  • Checked: The number of checks in the selected time period.
  • Triggered: The number of triggers of the advanced rule in the selected time period.
  • % Triggered: The percentage ratio of triggered rules over the number of checked rules.
  • Rejected: The number of rejects in the selected time period.
  • % Rejected: The percentage ratio of rejects to the number of triggers.
  • Comments: Click the “Show Comments” button to view internal comments or comments visible to all employees in a separate column.

    To add a new comment, click the “Add Comment” button.

    To add an internal comment that only you can see, choose the “Self Only” option in the “Comment Visibility” field. If you want your comment to be visible to all employees, select the “All Employees” option. You can use both visibility options to leave comments for the same record.

    Then enter the comment text via the “Comment” field and click the “Save” button.

    To edit or delete the existing comments from the records, click the corresponding buttons via the “Comments” column.
