Billing

The Billing section allows system owners or users with Billing Access system roles to update their billing information for their Phonexa platform.

To access this section, go via the Global Dashboard to the Account Settings > Billing section.

The “Payment Settings” tab allows you to view your current billing status and update your payment method. To enter new billing information, click the “Update Payment Method” button and make a selection in a pop-up window:

    • Update Payment Method: Select this option to enter a new payment method.
      Note: You will be charged $1.00. The amount will be applied to your next invoice.
    • Pay Current Invoice & Update Payment Method: Select this option if you want to enter a new payment method and pay the current invoice amount.
      Note: You will be charged the current invoice amount.
    • Pay Overdue Balance & Update Payment Method: Select this option if you want to update the payment method, but you have an overdue balance.
      Note: You will be charged an overdue balance amount.
  • Pay Full Balance (Overdue Balance + Current Invoice) & Update Payment Method: Select this option if you want to update the payment method for the current invoice, but you have an overdue balance.
    Note: You will be charged an overdue balance and the current invoice amount.

Click the “Proceed” button to be redirected to the payment system.

billing 2Note: The options available to you may vary based on your current billing status. For instance, if you have an overdue balance, you won't be able to simply update your payment method; you must first settle the overdue balance using any of the available options.
