Blocklist Monitoring (Phonexa ESP)

The Blocklist Monitoring section allows you to check the quality of domains (IP addresses), manage, and receive notifications about the status of your domains during the campaign launch.

This monitoring can affect email deliverability and domain reputation.

Note: The Blocklist Monitoring is available only with Phonexa ESP Integration.

Blocklist Monitoring is a third-party service that checks email server IP addresses against multiple DNS-based email blocklists (commonly known as Realtime Blackhole Lists or RBLs). If your IP gets listed on one of these blocklists, it could severely impact your email deliverability, meaning the emails you send may not reach their intended recipients. Continuous monitoring of your IP addresses enables you to identify if and when they get listed on a blocklist, allowing for immediate action to resolve any issues, such as requesting removal or delisting.

To view the Blocklist Monitoring list, go to the Phonexa ESP > Blocklist Monitoring section. The Blocklist Monitoring list contains the following information:

  • Name: The name of the domain.
  • Status: The status of the domain (Active, Disabled).
  • Date created: The date when the domain was created.

BlockListMonitoring

To add the domain to the list, click the “Add Domain” button. Enter the domain, select the status (Active, Disabled), and click the “Add” button to confirm.

To delete the domain from the list, click the “Delete” button in the “Actions” column next to the corresponding domain. Click the “Delete” button to confirm.

Note: The Blocklist Monitoring feature requires setting up the Phonexa ESP integration in the Delivery Channel for the Campaign. The same Sender Domain must be added to both the Delivery Channel and Blocklist Monitoring list.

If the domain was identified as unreliable during the Phonexa ESP check, you will see the message below when starting the campaign. If no issues were found during the check, the Campaign will launch without displaying any warnings.
