# Buyer Referral Commission Setup
## The Buyer Referral Commission feature allows your partners to refer Buyers to the platform and earn a commission based on the Admin's earnings from each lead purchased.

### How to Enable the Feature
To enable the Buyer Referral Commission earnings, go to the **System Management \> Project Settings** section, select the **“LMS & Call Logic”** tab, and then the **“Buyer settings”** subtab.

In the **“Registration Process”** block, switch on the **“Enable Referral”** toggle.

### How to Create a User with a Referral Agent Role
To create a new user, go to the **System Users \> Employees** section and click the **“Create New User”** button.

In the **“Create User”** pop-up window, fill in the following fields:
- **Email:** Enter the email address of the new user. This will be the username for their login.
- **Nickname:** Enter the nickname for the new user.
- **Groups:** Select the ***“Referral Agent”*** group.
- **Status:** Select the status of the new user (*Active, Disabled*).
- **New password:** Enter the password for the new user. Please be sure to write this down as you will need to provide it to your user.
- **Repeat password:** Re-enter the password for the new user.
- **First name:** Enter the first name of the new user.
- **Last name:** Enter the last name of the new user.
Click the **“Add”** button to confirm.

Refresh the **“Employees”** page, select the newly created user, and click the **“View”** button in the **“Actions”** column.

In the **“Main”** tab, the **“Referral Link”** field displays the generated link that Referral Agents can share with their Buyers for registration.

After a new Buyer is registered and approved, the corresponding Referral Agent will be automatically assigned and displayed in the **“Referral”** field on the [Buyer Setup page](https://support.phonexa.com/buyer-configuration-global-settings-lms?hsLang=en).

### The Referral Commission Report
The Referral Commission Report allows you to track Referral Agents' earnings for each Buyer during the specified period. *Note: Any changes made to the Referral Agent’s configuration will take effect starting the following day. Today’s settings and conditions will remain as previously applied.*
To access, go to the **All Reports \> Buyer Reports \> Performance Summary** section and select the **“Referral Commission”** tab.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:
- **Date:** Select the preferable date range.
- **Buyer:** Select the Buyer.
- **Referral:** Select the Referral Agent.
The report contains the following information:
- **Buyer:** The name of the Buyer.
- **Referral:** The name of the Referral Agent.
- **ADM:** The Admin earnings total.
- **BREF:** The Referral Agent earnings.
- **ADM - BREF:** The Admin earnings after the Referral Commission deduction.
