Call Errors Report

 The Call Errors report allows you to view a list of all system errors that caused the call disruption or cancellation. This report is available both in the Buyer and Publisher Reports sections.

The Call Errors report allows you to view a list of all system errors that caused the call disruption or cancellation. This report is available both in the Buyer and Publisher Reports sections.

To view the report for the Publisher, go to the All Reports > Publisher Reports > Call Errors section.

To view the report for the Buyer, go to the All Reports > Buyer Reports > Call errors section.

To generate a detailed report for the Publisher, use the following filter fields:

  • Response Message/Code - the code or the description of the error.

  • Date - the time range for the report.

  • Publisher Agent - the name of the Publisher Agent.

  • Publisher - the name of the Publisher.

  • IVR - the name of the IVR.

The Call Errors report for the Publisher contains the following information:

  • Date - the date and time when the error occurred.

  • Publisher Agent - the name of the Publisher Agent.

  • Publisher - the name of the Publisher.

  • IVR - the name of the IVR that a call with an error went through.

  • Response Code - the code of the error.

  • Response Message - the description of the error.

To view the detailed information about the Publisher Agent/ Publisher/ IVR, click the arrow icon next to the name of the Publisher Agent/ Publisher/ IVR.
