Campaign Change Details

Here’s how you can generate a comprehensive “Campaign Change Details” report and view all campaign configuration updates.

The "Campaign Change Details" report allows you to view the detailed log of Campaign configuration changes.

The "Campaign Change Details" report allows you to view the detailed log of Campaign configuration changes. 

 

You can track the Campaign management process by viewing the information about the respective date and time, the name of the corresponding Campaign Settings tab, users, and the actions that were performed on the particular Campaigns. Each record contains a detailed log where all system information about the particular operation is displayed.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the date range for the report.
  • Buyer: Select the Buyer.
  • Campaign: Select the corresponding Campaign.
  • Event: Select the type of action that was performed on the Campaign (Create, Update, Delete, Clone).
  • User: Select the user who performed the action on the Campaign. 

 

The Campaign Change Details report contains the following information:

  • Date: The date and time of the change record log creation. 
  • Campaign: The name of the Campaign.
  • Buyer: The name of the Buyer.
  • User: The name of the user who performed the action on the Campaign. 
  • Action: The name of the Campaign Setting tab where the changes were made or the name of the Campaign creation or deletion action.  
  • Event: The name of the action performed on the Campaign. 

 

To view the detailed information about the particular change log record, click the “View” button in the “Actions” column. 

In addition to the information about the log record from the report, you can view the particular fields of the Campaign Settings that were changed, along with the corresponding values of the old data and new data in the “Detail view” pop-up window.
