Contacts Logs

The “Contacts Logs” report contains the information about all contact records that were processed through the E-Delivery component and the corresponding contact lists, along with the operations performed on them. 

This includes a full history of events such as a contact being added, updated, deleted, unsubscribed, suppressed, bounced, reactivated, or filtered from active contacts.


To view the logs report, go to the System Logs > Contacts Logs section. 

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the date range of the report. 
  • Contact List: Select the corresponding contact list.
  • Email: Enter the email address of the contact.
  • Phone: Enter the phone number of the contact. 
  • Event: Select the event (action) that was performed on the contact (Suppressed, Updated, Added, Deleted, Unsubscribed, Deactivated, Bounced, Reactivated, Filtered from active contacts). 

The list of the log records contains the following information:

  • Created At: The date and time of the log record creation.   
  • List Id: The unique identification number of the contact list.  
  • Email: The email address of the contact.  
  • Phone: The phone number of the contact.  
  • Event: The name of the event (action) that was performed on the contact.
