The Customers section displays the list of all Customers in the system. You can view detailed information about each Customer and adjust the notification settings.
To access the list, go to the Customer Management > Customers section.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:
- Customer: Select a Customer.
- Overdue Notification: Select the Customer’s set overdue notification settings.
- Payment Model: Select the Customer’s selected payment model (Prepay / Postpay)
- Group: Select the group of Customers.
- Status: Select the Customer’s status.
The list of Customers contains the following information:
- ID: The identification number of the Customer in the system.
- Customer: The name of the Customer.
- Status: The Customer’s status.
- Group: The Customer’s group.
- Send Overdue Notifications: The Customer’s chosen notification configuration. To manage the notification settings, click the button in the corresponding column. Select the preferred option in the “Send Overdue Notification” field and click the “Save” button.
- Discount: The Customer’s discount.
- Transaction Fees: The Customer’s transaction fees.
- Payment Model: The Customer’s selected payment model (Prepay / Postpay).
To view detailed information about a specific Customer, select the Customer from the list and click the “View” button.
