E-Delivery Send Log

The Send Log report allows you to view a log of the SMS and email messages that were processed through the E-Delivery component.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Channel: Select the corresponding delivery channel. 
  • Campaign: Select the corresponding Email or SMS Campaign.
  • Email: Enter the particular email address of the message recipient. 
  • Phone: Enter the particular phone number of the message recipient.
  • Sender ID(SMS): Select the ID of the sender that was used for SMS sending. 
  • Created At: The date and time of the record creation. 
  • Prepared / Filter Status: Select the status of the filtration before the actual message sending. The following statuses are available:
    • Ok: The message has passed the filtration process and is ready for sending. 
    • badEmail: The email address is invalid, or the corresponding domain is excluded. 
    • inSuppression: The contact is inactive or suppressed. 
    • inExcludeList: The contact is placed in the exclude list. 
    • includeEmail: The email contact is included. 
  • Last Event: Select the last event that happened to the processed email or SMS (Unknown, Sent, Sent Failed, Delivered, Soft Bounced, Hard Bounced, Opened, Clicked, Spam Reported, Unsubscribed, Delivery Failed, OptIn/Subscribed).  

The report contains the following information:

  • ID: The unique identification number of the log record. 
  • Created At: The date and time of the log record creation.  
  • Message ID: The unique identification number of the sent message.  
  • Template: The name of the template that was used for the sent message. 
  • Sender ID (SMS): The ID of the sender that was used for the sent SMS message.  
  • Channel: The name of the delivery channel that was used for the sent message.  
  • Campaign: The name of the Campaign through which the message was sent.  
  • Email: The email address of the message recipient.  
  • Phone: The phone number of the message recipient.  
  • Sent At: The date and time of the message sending.  
  • Schedule At: The date and time at which the message is scheduled to be sent. 
  • Prepared Status: The ongoing status of the preparation for the message for sending.  
  • Is Resent?: Indicates whether the message was a resend of a previously attempted message.
  • Last Event: The last logged event that happened to the sent message.  

To view detailed information about the particular log record, click the “+” button in the “ID” column. 

The following information will be displayed in the collapsible section:

  • Date / Time: The date and time of the event. 
  • Event: The name of the event. 
  • Is First: Indicates if this is the first occurrence of the specific event for this log record.
