E-Delivery system user roles determine the access level and permissions in the E-Delivery system.

E-Delivery Admin users have full access to the E-Delivery system.

E-Delivery Agent users have access to E-Delivery in the view-only mode (except for the System Logs). E-Delivery Agents are unable to change or manage settings.

E-Delivery Editor users have access only to system configuration settings, such as E-mail Campaigns, List Management, and Suppression Management. E-Delivery Editors can not check reports or conduct analytics.

E-Delivery Analytic users have access to analytics and reporting only.
