Instructions on how to enable, set up and manage the Two-Factor Authentication.

To set up or manage the Two-Factor Authentication, go to the Account Settings > My Profile section, open the “Security” tab, and click the “Two-Factor Authentication” tab. The Two-Factor Authentication option is disabled by default. To enable this option, you must set up the primary cell phone number in the Contacts Settings section. Until then, the authentication can not be enabled, and you will see the warning message: ”To enable the Two-Factor Authentication, you must set up the primary cell phone number on the Contacts Settings tab".

In order to set up the primary cell phone number, first, you need to add the phone number to your account. Go to the “Contact Settings” tab, then click the “Add New Contact” button and fill in the following fields in the “Add New” pop-up window:

  • Type - select the “Cell Phone” option from the drop-down list.

  • Cell Phone - enter the phone number in the required format.

Click the “Add” button to complete the action.


To verify the phone number, click the “Verify” button in the “Action” column and enter the SMS verification code in the “Enter verification code” field, click the “Verify” button to finish. The phone number status in the “Status” column will change to “Active.”

To set up the phone number as a primary one, click the “Set Primary” button in the “Action” column, and click the “Set Primary” button in the pop-up window.


Once your primary cell phone number is set up, you can proceed to set up the Two Factor Authentication.

Go to the “Two-Factor Authentication” tab, select the “Google Authenticator” option in the “Authentication Type” field and enter your Current Password. Follow the instructions on the page:

  • Download the “Google Authenticator” app.

  • Using the app, scan a QR code.

  • Click the “Save” button to complete.

Every time you open the “Google Authenticator” app on your device, an authentication code will be displayed. Please note that an authentication code is updated every 30 seconds and is valid only for 30 seconds before it gets updated.

To complete the setup, enter an authentication code in the “Google Auth Code” field and the password in the “Current Password” field, and click the “Save” button.
