  1. We recommend that you change your password at least every 60 days. System records show that you last changed your password X days ago. To change your password please go to the Account Settings > My Profile > Security > Change Password section.

Record of changes to your super-passwords: To enhance security access to some of the system's functions (Product Password, Financial Password, Content Password), we recommend installing super-passwords.We recommend that you change super-passwords at least every 60 days. To set your super password go Project Settings > Super Passwords. There is also a record of inactive employee accounts that provide the User Name, Email Address, Status, Last Login Date, and Groups. If these accounts are no longer in use, you can block them through the user management interface System Users > User Management > Employees or change their status using the “Status change” button on this page.
