URL tracking is the process of sending lead parameters to your third-party tracking system. We support dynamic tracking parameters - placeholder (keyword in the system that provides information for tracking actions).

URL tracking is the process of sending lead parameters to your third-party tracking system. We support dynamic tracking parameters - placeholder text that starts and ends in curly brackets. A Placeholder is a keyword in the system that provides information for tracking actions.

To add a new tracking URL click the “Add a Tracking URL” button and fill in the form fields:

  • Fire on Action - action, on which URL will be triggered - Campaign Accepted / Lead Sold.

  • Lead Method - POST/FORM

  • URL for ping - URL, to which the Lead will be pinged.

  • Status - Active/Disabled

  • Param Name - the custom parameter name for placeholder.

  • Param Value - chose the parameter value from the drop-down list.

In the “Inbound Tracking” tab you can manage the inbound tracking feature. To enable this option, put the “ON” value in the “Inbound Tracking Status” field, then the table will appear.

The following information available:

  • Created - date and time, when the record was created

  • Updated - date and time, when the record was last time updated

  • API ID

  • API Key - has the “Show” button to view API ID Key.

To change the existing API Key, click the “Change API Key” button in the “Action” column.

To view API Documentation, click the “Doc” button in the “Action” column.
