In the “Filter By Pubs” tab, you can manage the Cap, White, and Black Lists, which allow you to put Publisher on the temporary block or set up the traffic percentage settings.

In the “Filter By Pubs” tab you can manage the Cap, White, and Black Lists which allow you to put Publisher on the temporary block or set up the traffic percentage settings. Go to the Client Management > Setup > Campaigns section, choose the campaign and click the “Configure” button in the “Action” column. On the “Campaign Setup” page go to the “Filter By Pubs” tab.

The main block contains 5 tabs.

White List.

White List - gives to the Publisher an advantage to be exclusively involved in the Campaign, or have a higher priority for the current campaign.

To add a record to the list click the “Add publisher to the white list” button and fill in the data fields in the pop-up window:

  • Check the boxes to select the source you'd like to add: Single Publisher, Mass Publisher (bulk adding), Mass Source ID or Mass Source Name.

  • Specify the name or list of names in the corresponding field below.

  • Choose the Traffic Method you want to add - ALL, FORM or POST.

  • Fill in the “Comment” field if it’s necessary.

Click the “Save” button to complete.

Depending on the chosen option, the following fields can be displayed:

  • “Single publisher” - “Publisher”, “Traffic Method”, “Comment”.

  • “Mass Publisher” - “Publisher list”, “Publisher IDs (comma-separated)”, “Traffic Method”, “Comment”.

  • “Mass Source ID” - “Source IDs”, “Traffic Method”, “Comment”.

  • “Mass Source Name” - “Publisher”, “Source Names”, “Traffic Method”, “Comment”.

Cap List

Cap List - allows you to add the cap rule for the daily amount of send and sold leads and set up the limitation for the percentage ratio of the traffic for the publishers in the current campaign.

To add a new cap rule to the list click the “Add publisher to the cap list” button and fill in the data fields in the pop-up window:

  • Check the boxes to select the source you'd like to add: Single Publisher, Mass Publisher (bulk adding), Mass Source ID or Mass Source Name.

  • Specify the name or list of names in the corresponding field below.

  • Choose the Traffic Method you want to add - ALL, FORM or POST.

  • Set the cap limits for the campaign in the “Cap sent”, “Cap sold”, “Send % of traffic” fields.

  • Fill in the “Comment” field if it’s necessary.

Click the “Save” button to complete.

Depending on the chosen option, the following fields can be displayed:

  • “Single publisher” - “Publisher”, “Traffic Method”, “Cap sent”, “Cap sold”, “Send % of traffic”, “Comment”.

  • “Mass Publisher” - “Publisher list”, “Publisher IDs”, “Traffic Method”, “Cap sent”, “Cap sold”, “Send % of traffic”, “Comment”

  • “Mass Source ID” - “Source IDs”, “Traffic Method”, “Cap sent”, “Cap sold”, “Send % of traffic”, “Comment”.

  • “Mass Source Name” - “Publisher”, “Source Names”, “Traffic Method”, “Cap sent”, “Cap sold”, “Send % of traffic”, “Comment”.

Click the “Go To Capout Reach” button to open the Cap-Out Details report for more detailed information about installed caps (Analytics and Optimization > Buyer Analytics > Cap-Out Details section > Cap-Out Reach tab).

Black List

Black List - contains Publishers, which is blocked for providing with their offers for the current Campaign.

To add a publisher to the blacklist click the “Add publisher to the black list” button and fill in the data fields in the pop-up window:

  • Check the boxes to select the source you'd like to blacklist: Single Publisher, Mass Publisher (bulk adding), Mass Source ID or Mass Source Name.

  • Specify the name or list of names in the corresponding field below.

  • Choose the Traffic Method you want to add - ALL, FORM or POST.

  • Fill in the “Comment” field if it’s necessary.

Click the “Save” button to complete.

Depending on the option chosen, the following fields can be displayed:

  • “Single publisher” - “Publisher”, “Traffic Method”, “Comment”.

  • “Mass Publisher” - “Publisher list”, “Publisher IDs (comma-separated)”, “Traffic Method”, “Comment”.

  • “Mass Source ID” - “Source IDs”, “Traffic Method”, “Comment”.

  • “Mass Source Name” - “Publisher”, “Source Names”, “Traffic Method”, “Comment”.

Temp Block

Temp Block - allows you to pause the traffic for a campaign from a particular publisher or source for a certain amount of time.

To add new rule click the “Add publisher to block list” button and fill in the fields in the pop-up window.

To pause the traffic for a campaign check the boxes to select the source you'd like to block: Single Publisher, Mass Publisher (bulk adding), Mass Source ID or Mass Source Name. Specify the name or list of names in the corresponding field below. Choose the Traffic Method you want to block - ALL, FORM or POST. Set the duration for which you want to block the campaign in the “Date From” and “Date To” fields. Fill in the “Comment” field if it’s necessary.

To add this rule to other campaigns check the "Also add this record to other campaigns" and list them in the “Campaign list” field below. Click the “Save” button to complete.

In all tabs available option to bulk delete rules from the list by individually checking the rules you want to delete (1) or by clicking the "Check All" button (2) and then click the "Remove from List" button (3).

To configure the rule click the “Edit” button (4).

To copy settings to other campaigns check the “Copy above settings to the following campaigns” and list campaigns in the “Select More Campaigns” field below.

Also, for all options you can add this rule to other campaigns check the "Also add this record to other campaigns" and list them in the “Campaign list” field below. Click the “Save” button to complete.

Traffic Percent (Global).

In the “Traffic Percent” tab you can set the probability of selecting the current campaign (in percent) if the lead meets the requirements of the internal filter.

Put the percentage value in the “Traffic percent” field and click the “Save” button to complete.

To copy current “Filter by Pubs” settings to other campaigns check the box in the “Copy above settings to the following campaigns” field and the list of campaigns will appear. In the “Select More Campaigns” field select the campaigns that you’d like to copy the rules to. Once you have made a selection, click the “Save” button to save the configurations. The copy option is available in all tabs of the section.
