Fraud Detector option allows you to check leads for fraud as defunct or non-existent email/phone/SSN/spam/etc. You can configure Fraud Detector in the Publisher, Product, or Campaign settings separately or all together simultaneously.

To configure Fraud Detector on the Publisher level go to the Publisher Management > Publishers section and click the “View” button in the “Actions” column. Open the “Fraud Scoring” page and click the “Configure” button to set up the fraud detector.

To configure the Fraud Detector on the Product level go to the System Management > Products section, select a product from the list and click the “Settings” button in the appropriate row. On the Product setup page go to the “Data hygiene” tab and select the “Fraud Scoring” tab. To enable the fraud detection, click the “On/Off” button in the “Fraud scoring” field and select the behavior in the “Action” field (Processing anyway/Reject Leads). Set up the percentage probability of verification in the “Leads to process through this service” field. Select the maximum Weight Threshold for the lead to be processed using the slider.

You can turn on and off fraud scoring by Email, Phone, and SSN in the Settings column and put the weight for each Factors in the Weight column (the total weight should be 100).

To configure Fraud Detector on the Campaign level go to the Setup > Campaigns section, select a campaign from the list and click the “Configure” button in the appropriate row. On the Campaign setup page go to the “Fraud Scoring” tab.

To enable the fraud detection, click the “On/Off” button in the “Fraud Scoring” field and select the behavior in the “Actions” field(Processing anyway/ Reject Leads). Select the maximum Weight Threshold for the lead to be processing using the slider. You can turn on and off fraud scoring by Email, Phone, and SSN in the Settings column and put the weight for each Factors in the Weight column (the total weight should be 100).
