The Performance Summary report displays a detailed Buyer's analytics and the main financial values with the ability to group data according to various criteria using the appropriate tabs.

The Performance Summary report displays a detailed Buyer's analytics with the ability to group data according to various criteria using the appropriate tabs. To view the report, go to the All Reports > Buyer Reports > Performance Summary section.

You can change the priority of the report data displaying by choosing a different "Group By" option:

  • Group by Buyer – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Buyer. You can view the number of posts, accepts, redirects, errors, and timeouts of leads for each Buyer. The overall earnings are provided in data columns by numerous parameters. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, Publisher Source, Campaign Type, and Ping Tree filters;

  • Group by Date – this tab allows you to view a detailed Buyer's analytics grouped by Date. You can view the Buyer's number of posts, accepts, redirects, errors, and timeouts of leads. The overall earnings are provided in data columns by numerous parameters. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, Publisher Source, Campaign Type, and Ping Tree filters;

  • Do Not Group – this tab allows you to view a detailed Buyer's analytics sorted by Date, Buyer, and Campaign. You can view the Buyer's number of posts, accepts, redirects, errors, and timeouts of leads. The overall earnings are provided in data columns by numerous parameters. You can generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, Publisher Source, and Campaign Type filters;

  • Group by Hour – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics provided by Hour. You can view the Buyer's number of posts, accepts, redirects, errors, and timeouts of leads that the Buyer has been presented with. The overall earnings are provided in data columns by numerous parameters. You can generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, Publisher Source, and Campaign Type filters;

  • Group by Campaign – this tab allows you to view a detailed Buyer's analytics grouped by Buyer and its Campaign. You can view the Buyer's number of posts, accepts, and redirects. The overall earnings are provided in data columns by numerous parameters. The report displays the breakdown of pricing for the Buyers with a price reject or dynamic buying model. Depending on the Buyer integration, you may view price reject and dynamic post prices. Otherwise, static campaigns are viewed as they are. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, Publisher Source, Campaign Type, and Ping Tree filters;

  • Group by Ping Tree – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Ping Tree. You can view the Buyer's number of posts, accepts, redirects, errors, and timeouts of leads. The overall earnings are provided in data columns by numerous parameters. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, Publisher Source, Campaign Type, and Ping Tree filters;

  • Group by Publisher – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Publisher. You can view both Buyer and Publisher's number of posts, accepts, redirects, errors, and timeouts of leads. The overall earnings are provided in data columns by numerous parameters. You can generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, Publisher Source, and Campaign Type filters;

  • For Accounting – this tab allows you to view a detailed breakdown of the Buyer's earnings. You can generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, and Buyer filters;

  • Group by State – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by State. You can view the number of posts, accepts, redirects, errors, and timeouts of leads that the Buyer has been presented with. As well as the overall earnings broken down by various parameters. You can generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, and Campaign Type filters;

  • Buyer by State – tab will give you the ability to select an individual state to view the detail analytics for each buyer. You have the ability to view how many posts, sold, rejected, and or redirected leads that have been presented as a whole or by specific buyer and campaign. You can further filter by the Date, Product, Buyer Agent (account manager), Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, etc.;

  • Group by Product – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Product. You can view the Buyer's number of posts, accepts, redirects, errors, and timeouts of leads that the Buyer has been presented with. The overall earnings are provided in data columns by numerous parameters. You can generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, Buyer, Buyer Campaign, Publisher, Publisher Source, Campaign Type, and Ping Tree filters;

  • Unique Leads – This tab allows you to view the unique leads grouped by Buyer. You can generate a detailed report by using the Date range, Product, Buyer Agent, and Buyer filters.

To specify the report data use the following filter fields:

  • Date – enter the date range for report generating;

  • Product – select the Product from the drop-down list;

  • Buyer Agent – select the Buyer Agent from the drop-down list;

  • Buyer – select the Buyer from the drop-down list;

  • Buyer Campaign – select the Campaign from the drop-down list;

  • Publisher – select the Publisher from the drop-down list;

  • Publisher Source – select the Publisher source from the drop-down list;

  • Campaign Type – select the type of campaign from the drop-down list;

  • Ping Tree – select the Ping Tree name from the drop-down list;

  • Campaign Tag – select the Campaign tag from the drop-down list;

  • Show Lead Quality/Disposition – use that checkbox to get more specific information about the lead quality.

Click the “Search” button to generate the report.
