The CCPA option allows you to add an Unsubscribe link with additional keys (not mandatory) to your JS Form. The CCPA Report section allows you to monitor the unsubscribe request in the system.

The CCPA Report section allows you to monitor the unsubscribe request in the system. (Read more information in the CCPA article). To view the report, go to the Analytics and Optimization > Manual control > CCPA Report section.

To generate a specific report, use the following filter fields:

  • Created - the date when the unsubscribe link was created. (Last 6 months/ Today/ Yesterday/ This week/ Last week/ This month/ Last month/ Custom Range).

  • Updated - the date when the unsubscribe link was updated. (Last 6 months/ Today/ Yesterday/ This week/ Last week/ This month/ Last month/ Custom Range).

  • Status - the status of the unsubscribe link. (New/In Progress/Closed).

Click the “Search” button to generate the report.

The CCPA report’s table displays the following data columns:

  • ID - the ID of the unsubscribe request.

  • Email Address - the email address for the unsubscribe request.

  • Phone Number - the phone number for the unsubscribe request.

  • Website - the web source where the unsubscribe request came from.

  • Date of birth - the date of birth corresponding to the unsubscribe request.

  • Last 4 digits of SSN - the last 4 digits of social security number corresponding to the unsubscribe request.

  • State - the state that was determined as the location corresponding to the unsubscribe request.

  • Requests - the request to delete, unsubscribe, and third party categories from the mailing corresponding to the unsubscribe request. (Unsubscribe/Delete/Third Party Categories).

  • Status - The unsubscribe request status. (New/In Progress/Closed).

  • Created - the date when the unsubscribe request was created.

  • Updated - the date when the unsubscribe request was updated.

To proceed with the new unsubscribe request through the system, click the “In Progress” button in the “Action” column. The value in the “Status” column will be changed from “New” to “In Progress.”

To finalize the completed request, click the “Close” button in the “Action” column. The value in the “Status” column will be changed from “In Progress” to “Closed.”

To reopen the request for further processing, click the “Back to progress” button in the “Action” column. The value in the “Status” column will change from “Closed” to “In Progress.”
