The CCPA & Suppression Management report allows you to monitor and process the unsubscribe request in the system.

To view the report, go to the Analytics and Optimization > Manual control > Suppression Management section.

The CCPA & Suppression Management list contains the following information:

  • Publisher: The name of the Publisher corresponding to the unsubscribe request.

  • Email Address: The email address for the unsubscribe request.

  • Phone Number: The phone number for the unsubscribe request.

  • Website: The web source where the unsubscribe request came from.

  • Date of Birth: The date of birth corresponding to the unsubscribe request.

  • Short SSN: The last 4 digits of the Social Security Number corresponding to the unsubscribe request.

  • State: The name of the state that was determined as the location corresponding to the unsubscribe request.

  • Requests: The request to delete information, unsubscribe, or disclose the categories of third parties the information is shared. (Unsubscribe/Delete/Third Party Categories).

  • Status: The unsubscribe request status. (New/In Progress/Closed).

  • Method: The method of receiving the CCPA request (Website/Manual/API).

  • Created: The date when the unsubscribe request was created.

  • Updated: The date when the unsubscribe request was updated.

  • Comment: The comment added to the CCPA request.

  • Comment Updated: The date and time when the comment was updated.

  • Publisher Notify: The status of the Publisher notification.

  • Buyer Notify: The status of the Buyer notification.

You can narrow down the search result by using the following filters:

  • Created: Enter the date when the unsubscribe link was created.

  • Updated: Enter the date when the unsubscribe link was updated.

  • Publisher: Enter the name of the Publisher.

  • Email Address: Enter the email address for the unsubscribe request.

  • Phone Number: Enter the phone number for the unsubscribe request.

  • Website: Enter the name of the web source where the unsubscribe request came from.

  • Status: Select the status of the unsubscribe link. (New/In Progress/Closed).

  • Method: Select the method of receiving the CCPA request (Website/Manual/API).

Click the “Search” button to generate the report.

To proceed with the new unsubscribe request through the system, click the “In Progress” button in the “Action” column. The value in the “Status” column will be changed from “New” to “In Progress”.

To finalize the completed request, click the “Close” button in the “Action” column. The value in the “Status” column will be changed from “In Progress” to “Closed”.

To reopen the request for further processing, click the “Back to progress” button in the “Action” column. The value in the “Status” column will change from “Closed” to “In Progress”.

Note: Custom field is displayed only if it is specified using the fieldLabel parameter.

To send a notification to Buyer or Publisher, click the “Send Notification” button and fill the following fields:

  • Product: Select the Product from the list.

  • Period: Select the period for notifications.

  • Notification recipient email(s) comma separated: Enter additional emails to receive the notification.

Click the “Send” button to complete the action.

To view all notification tasks related to the particular CCPA request, click the “Notification Tasks” button in the “Action” column.

The Suppression Notification Tasks report contains the following information:

  • Email Address: The email address for the unsubscribe request.

  • Phone Number: The phone number for the unsubscribe request.

  • Creation Time: The date when the unsubscribe request was created.

  • Product: The name of the Product.

  • Period: The time period for the notification task.

  • Recipients: The user group to receive the notification (Publishers/Buyers).

  • Analyzing Period: The actual time range that the system proceeds the lead search.

  • Lead Count: The number of leads found from the analyzing period.

  • Recipient Count: The number of Publishers/Buyers to receive the notification.

  • Status: The status of the notification task.

To view the Notification Log report with the sent email notifications, click the “Notification Log” button in the “Actions” column.

To delete lead information, click the “Delete” button in the “Action” column. In the pop-up window, select the product to look up for leads associated with this email address and click the “Next” button to proceed with lead information deletion for the selected Product. Note: Leads will be shown for the selected Product and Date only. Update the filters to check for any other leads associated with the selected email.
