Lead Processing Analyzer displays how long Buyers take to accept/reject each lead. You can group the data in the report using “Do Not Group”, “Group by Campaign” or “Group by Integration” tabs.

Lead Processing Analyzer displays how long Buyers take to accept/reject each lead.

Go to Home> Analytics and Optimization> Lead Processing> Lead Processing Analyzer section.

You can review the report using “Do Not Group”, “Group by Campaign” or “Group by Integration” tabs.

Fill in the filter fields and click the “Search” button to generate the report.

In the “Group by Campaign” and “Group by Integration” tabs the report displays lead processing in one hour. In the “Do Not Group” tab total - total analytics in a day.

The report contains the following data:

  • Date - purchase lead date

  • Hour - estimated Analytics Time

  • Buyer - Buyer name

  • Campaign - Campaign name

  • Min Price - min lead price

  • Total - the quantity of accepted/rejected leads.

  • Time for processing of each lead (you have data displayed according to values range from 6 up to 61 seconds with threshold 5 seconds inclusively)

  • Integration - integration type

The “Total” row at the bottom of the table shows the summary number of processed leads.
