Performance Summary - a dashboard that displays incoming calls (Call Logic) or post (LMS Sync) flow by Publisher for the selected time range. You can group data in the report or filter it using appropriate fields.

Performance Summary - a dashboard that displays incoming call (Call Logic) or post (LMS Sync) flow by publisher. To view the report, go to the All Reports > Publisher Reports > Performance Summary section.

You can change the priority of your view by choosing a different "Group By" option:

  • Group by Publisher – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Publisher. You can view the number of posts, leads, sold, rejected, and redirected leads provided by Publisher. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, Ping Tree, Phone Number Group, and Phone Number Tag filters;

  • Group by Date – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Date. You can view the number of posts, leads, sold, rejected, and redirected leads provided by Publisher. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, Ping Tree, and Phone Number Tag filters;

  • Do Not Group - this tab allows you to break down a lead's detailed analytics by a publishers sub-source and channel. You can view the number of posts, leads, sold, rejected, and redirected leads produced by Publisher. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, and Phone Number Tag filters;

  • Group by Hour – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by each Hour. You can view the number of posts, leads, sold, rejected, and redirected leads provided by Publisher. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, and Phone Number Tag filters;

  • Group by Channel - tab will give you the ability to break down the leads detail analytics byt traffic source path,you have the ability to view how many posts, leads, sold, rejected, and or redirected leads that has been produced by pubs broken down by hourly range. As well as see their overall Pub Rev, Adm Rev, and TTL rev. You can further narrow down the results by using Date Range, Product, Publisher, Publisher Channel, and Publisher Source filters;

  • Group by Source - this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Publisher and Publisher Source. You can view the number of leads, sold, and rejected provided by the Publisher. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, and Phone Number Tag filters;

  • For Accounting - tab will give you the ability to break down the lead detail analytics by publishers overall sold leads and rev. You can further narrow down the results by using Date Range, Product, Publisher, Publisher Agent (account manager);

  • Group by Ping Tree - this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Ping Tree. You can view the number of leads, sold, and rejected provided by the Publisher. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, Ping Tree, and Phone Number Tag filters;

  • Group by Product - this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Product. You can view the number of leads, sold, and rejected provided by the Publisher. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, and Phone Number Tag filters;

  • Group by Phone Number (Call Logic only) – this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Publisher's Phone Number according to the chosen Product. The table columns display general data, such as call time and call leads earnings. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, Phone Number Tag, Media Buy, and Lead Quality;

  • Group by Phone Number Tag (Call Logic only) - a list sorted by the Phone Number Tags;

  • Group by Phone Number Group (Call Logic only) - this tab allows you to view detailed analytics grouped by Phone Number Group Tag. You can view the number of leads, sold, and rejected provided by the Publisher. You may generate a detailed report by using the Date, Product, Publisher Agent, Publisher, Publisher Phone Number, Publisher Source, and Phone Number Tag filters.

To specify the report data use the following filter fields:

  • Date – enter the date range for report generating;

  • Product – select the Product from the drop-down list;

  • Publisher Agent – select the Publisher Agent from the drop-down list;

  • Publisher – select the Publisher from the drop-down list;

  • Publisher Phone Number – select the Publisher Phone Number from the drop-down list;

  • Publisher Source – select the Publisher source from the drop-down list;

  • Ping Tree – select the Ping Tree name from the drop-down list;

  • Phone Number Group – select the Phone Number Group from the drop-down list;

  • Phone Number Tag – select the Phone Number Tag from the drop-down list;

  • Show Media Buy – use that checkbox to display the "Media Buy" column in the report.

  • Show Lead Quality/Disposition – use that checkbox to get more specific information about the lead quality.

Click the “Search” button to generate the report.
