The "Global Unsubscribe" report displays information about all email addresses and phone numbers for the unsubscribe requests. Unsubscribe requests can be gathered through an API integration or by using the preconfigured built-in unsubscribe form. Before using either of these options, firstly, you should enable the Global Unsubscribe functionality in the Project Settings. To view the report go to the All Reports > Extras > Global Unsubscribe section.
Use the next filters to generate a detailed report:
Date - select the date range from the drop-down list (Last 6 month/ Today/Yesterday/This Week/Last Week/This Month/Last Month/Custom Range);
Product - select the Product from the drop-down list;
Email - enter the unsubscribed email address;
Phone Number - enter the unsubscribed phone number;
Website - enter the website address;
Status - select the status from the drop-down list (Active, Deleted, Disabled);
Custom Field 1* - enter the data;
Custom Field 2* - enter the data;
Custom Field 3* - enter the data;
Unsubscribe Count - enter the number of unsubscribe requests.
*Custom Fields help you to get additional information about the unsubscribe request. Any information can be added in these fields by the user's request. Custom Fields are filled in during configuring the unsubscribe option.
The report contains the following information:
ID - the identification number of the unsubscribe request;
Created At - time when the unsubscribe request was received;
Product - the Product's name;
Email - the email address from which the unsubscribe request was received;
Phone - a phone number from which the unsubscribe request was received;
Website - the website address;
Custom Field 1 - an additional information field;
Custom Field 2 - an additional information field;
Custom Field 3 - an additional information field;
Status - the unsubscribe status of the request (Active, close, pending);
Comment - the information about the unsubscribe request;
Count - the number of unsubscribe requests.
To change the status of the unsubscribe request, click the “Change status” button in the “Status” column and choose the status in the “Change status” pop-up window. Select the “Unsubscribe Status” from the drop-down list (Active, Closed, Pending
), and click the “Save” button to confirm.
To add a comment to the unsubscribe request, click the “Add comment” button in the “Comment” column and enter the comment in the “Add comment” pop-up window, then click the “Save” button to complete the action.
