The Search Lead section allows you to search the leads by email addresses and further filter out the results by Publisher, Buyer, Status, and Date. After a successful search, you are provided with the list of leads available according to parameters.

The Search Lead section allows you to search the leads by email addresses and further filter out the results by Publisher, Buyer, Status, and Date.

To view go to the All Reports > Publisher Reports > Search Lead section.

To specify the search use the filter fields in the Filter block, select a “Product” from the drop-down list, fill in at least one of the data fields (Email / Publisher Source ID / Source ID) and click the “Search” button to generate a list.

After a successful search, you are provided with the list of leads available according to entered parameters. The list contains the columns with all the general data of the lead:

  • ID - identification number of the lead;

  • Quality - allows to indicate the number of times the same lead has previously recorded in the system:

  • within the last 24 hours (1st left bubble);

  • within the past two weeks (2nd from left);

  • within the past 30 days (3rd from left);

  • within the past 45 days (4th from left).

  • Date - the date the lead entered the system.

  • Status (Sold / Reject / New).

  • Publisher - the name of the Publisher in the system.

  • Channel - the name of the Channel in the system.

  • Source - the name of the source in the system.

  • Method (POST / FORM).

  • Tier - lead’s tier price.

  • Redirect - redirect link to the Campaign the lead is assigned to.

  • Email - the email address provided by the lead.

  • State - the state where the lead is located (only for the US).

  • IP - IP address of the lead.

  • Pub - Publisher earnings.

  • AGN - Agent payment.

  • REF - referral payment.

  • ADM - Admin payment.

  • TTL - total payment.

To be able to return the leads click the “Return Mode” button to switch the mode.

Fill in all of the required fields to find a specific lead in the system and click the “Search” button. In the list select the checkbox and click the “Create Return” button to complete.

To be able to delete the leads click the “Lead delete” button to switch the mode.

Fill in all of the required fields to find a specific lead in the system and click the “Search” button. To complete the deletion click the “Delete leads” button.
