The Phone Numbers section allows you to view the information about all the phone numbers reserved for Publishers in the system, assign and reassign phone numbers, manage phone number pools, etc. To view, go to the Publisher Management > Promo Materials > Phone Numbers section.

The “Phone Numbers Reservation” tab displays the list of all the phone numbers available for the reservation. You may reserve the phone number for the preferable group of phone numbers. The list contains general information for the phone numbers group:

  • Group - the name of the group to which the numbers are assigned (Local /Toll-Free).

  • Quantity - the number of phone numbers reserved for the group.

  • Cost per Month, $ - the price of one phone number reservation per month.

  • Total Monthly Cost, $ - the total cost of the group’s phone reservation per month.

To reserve a phone number, select the group from the list and click the “Reserve” button in the “Action” column. Fill in the number of phone numbers you would like to reserve in the pop-up window and click the “Save” button.

The “Reserved Phone Numbers” tab displays the list of all the reserved phone numbers in the system along with their details. To generate a detailed report, use the “ID”, “Phone Number”, “Phone Number Label”, “Product”, “Group”, “Publisher Agent”, “Publisher”, “Last Change Date” filters. The list of reserved phone numbers contains the following data:

  • ID - the ID number of the record.

  • Phone number - the reserved phone number. When the number is dialed, the call is transferred to the corresponding Publisher and Product.

  • Label - the label is used as the phone number’s description in reports and statistics.

  • Group - the name of the group to which the numbers are assigned (Local / Toll-Free).

  • Product - the name of the product the phone number is reserved for.

  • Routing - the method of call processing. A default call is transferred to the random active IVR of the Product and can be customized. A direct call is transferred to the campaign selected in the phone number’s settings. A Custom IVR call is transferred to the specific IVR that can be set in the phone number’s settings.

  • Tracking Code - personal tracking code for the Publisher’s phone number that may be used to create an offer with the Phone Number parameter.

  • Publisher - the Publisher the phone number is attached to. All of the sold leads that dialed this phone number are accounted to the corresponding publisher.

  • Last Changes - the time and date of the last modification in the record.

To edit a reserved phone number record, select the number from the list and click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column. In the pop-up window fill in the following fields:

  • Phone - the reserved phone number. When the number is dialed, the call is transferred to the corresponding Publisher and Product.

  • Label - the label is used as the phone number’s description in reports and statistics.

  • Product - the name of the product the phone number is reserved for.

  • Publisher - the Publisher the phone number is attached to. All of the sold leads that dialed this phone number are accounted to the corresponding publisher.

  • Greeting Audio File - you may choose the audio for the call greeting (if available).

  • Finishing Audio File - you may choose the audio for the end of the call (if available).

  • Routing method - the method of call processing. A default call is transferred to the random active IVR of the Product and can be customized. A direct call is transferred to the campaign selected in the phone number’s settings. A Custom IVR call is transferred to the specific IVR that can be set in the phone number’s settings.

  • Campaign - a direct call is transferred to the specific campaign chosen from the drop-down list.

  • IVR - a Custom IVR call is transferred to a specific IVR chosen from the drop-down list.

  • Campaign Reject Audio File - you may choose the audio for the call rejection processing. Note that this field is required and cannot be blank.

  • Override IVR Ping Tree Settings (Direct Call) - you can override the default IVR Ping Tree settings and set a specific Ping Tree for this phone number by selecting a Ping Tree from the drop-down list.

  • Override IVR Ping Tree Settings (Hot Transfer) - you can override the default IVR Ping Tree settings and set a specific Ping Tree for this phone number by selecting a Ping Tree from the drop-down list.

  • Phone Number Tags - custom phone number tags that are created in the Phone Numbers Tags section and used for additional labeling and sorting for analytics purposes.

Click the “Save” button to complete.

The “Pool Phone Numbers” tab displays the list of all the phone numbers reserved for the specific tracking pools. To generate a detailed report, use the “Phone Number”, “Phone Number Label”, “Group”, “Publisher”, “Tracking Pool”, “Last Updated” filters. The list of phone numbers contains the following data:

  • ID - the ID number of the record.

  • Phone Numbers - the phone number reserved for the specific tracking pool.

  • Publisher - the Publisher the phone number is attached to. All of the sold leads that dialed this phone number are accounted to the corresponding publisher.

  • Label - the label is used as the phone number’s description in reports and statistics.

  • Group - the name of the group to which the numbers are assigned. (Local / Toll-Free)

  • Tracking Pool - the name of the tracking pool the phone number reserved for.

  • Last Updated - the time and date of the last modification in the record.

The “Find and Reserve” tab allows you to search for a specific number and purchase it. To generate a detailed report, use the “Group” and “Phone Number” filters. To match the phone number according to the corresponding keyboard letters, click the “ABC” button. The list of available phone numbers contains the following data:

  • Group - the group of phone numbers. (Local / Toll-Free).

  • Cost per Month, $ - the price of one phone number reservation per month.

  • Phone Number - the phone number, that is available for reservation. The number contains a matching keyword.

To reserve a phone number, select the number from the list and click the "Reserve Phone Numbers" button.
