The Filter Analyzer report allows you to see the number of leads filtered based on certain criteria (i.e. age, income, loan amount, etc.).

The Filter Analyzer report allows you to see the number of leads filtered based on certain criteria (i.e. age, income, loan amount, etc.). To view the report go to the Analytics and Optimization > Performance Tools > Filter Analyzer section.

There are several ways to display the report separated into eight tabs.

The first “Details” tab allows you to generate the report with all the enabled filters details provided in the system according to the date the records appeared. To generate the report fill in the data fields (Date / Product / Buyer Agent / Buyer / Campaign / Publisher Agent / Publisher) in the first block of the page and click the “Search” button.

The report contains all the general data about the enabled filters provided in columns:

  • Date - the date the record appeared in the system.

  • Filter Name - the name of the filter in the system (activeMilitary / state / etc.).

  • Filter Value - (YES / NO).

  • Count - the amount of leads filtered by specific category in the record.

The “Summary Global” tab allows you to generate the report with all the leads filtered by the same criteria on the specific date and for the specific Product. To generate the report fill in the data fields (Date / Product / Buyer Agent / Buyer / Campaign / Publisher Agent / Publisher) in the first block of the page and click the “Search” button.

The report contains specific data about the filtered leads provided in columns:

  • Date - the date the record appeared in the system.

  • Filter Name - the name of the filter in the system (activeMilitary / state / etc.).

  • Count - the amount of leads filtered by specific category in the record. To see more detailed information about the specific record in the list click the Count value hyperlink which will redirect you to the “Details” tab.

  • Count - the total amount of leads filtered in the system by Date. To see more detailed information about the specific record in the list click the Count value hyperlink which will redirect you to the “Details” tab.

  • Publisher - the name of the Publisher in the system with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Publisher’s settings page.

  • Count - the total amount of filtered leads sorted in the system by Date. By clicking the Count value you will be redirected to the “Details” tab with more detailed information for the chosen record.

The “Summary by Campaign” tab allows you to generate the report with the filtered lead amount summary sorted by Buyer and its Campaign. To generate the report fill in the data fields (Date / Product / Buyer Agent / Buyer / Campaign / Publisher Agent / Publisher) in the first block of the page and click the “Search” button.

The report contains the data about the filtered leads provided in columns:

  • Buyer Name - the name of the Buyer in the system with the inserted hyperlink to the Buyer’s settings page.

  • Campaign Name - the name of the Campaign in the system with the inserted hyperlink to the Campaign’s settings page.

  • Count - the total amount of filtered leads sorted in the system by Date. By clicking the Count value you will be redirected to the “Details” tab with more detailed information for the chosen record.

The “Partner Analyze” tab allows you to generate the report with the filder data provided by Partner. To generate the report fill in the data fields (Date / Product / Filter Name / Buyer Agent / Buyer / Campaign) in the first block of the page and click the “Search” button.

The report contains all the general data about the enabled filters provided in columns:

  • Filter Name (Loan Amount / Income Net Monthly / Income Payment Frequency / RTI / Bank Direct Deposit / Income Type / Active Military / State / Age / Address Length Months / Work Time At Employer / Bank Account Length Months / Bank Account Type / Own Home / State/DL State / ssid) - the name of the filter in the system.

  • Filter Value - the entered value for the chosen filter.

  • Sent - the amount of sent leads in the system according to the chosen filter provided by Partner.

  • Sold - the amount of sold leads in the system according to the chosen filter provided by Partner.

  • Conversion (%) - the Sent leads to Sold leads ratio.

The “Loan Amount” tab allows you to generate the report filtered according to the chosen Product sorted by Partner and its Campaign displaying the Min and Max Loan Amount. To generate the report fill in the data fields (Product / Buyer Agent / Buyer / Campaign / Status) in the first block of the page and click the “Search” button.

The report contains the data about the filtered leads provided in columns:

  • Partner - the name of the Partner in the system with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Partner’s settings page.

  • Campaign - the name of the Campaign in the system with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Campaign’s settings page.

  • Status (Active / Deleted / Disabled / Paused / Temp Paused) - the status of the Campaign in the system.

  • Min - the minimum loan amount value.

  • Max - the maximum loan amount value.

The “Income” tab allows you to generate the report filtered according to the chosen Product sorted by Partner and its Campaign displaying the Min and Max Income Amount. To generate the report fill in the data fields (Product / Buyer Agent / Buyer / Campaign / Status) in the first block of the page and click the “Search” button.

The report contains the data about the filtered leads provided in columns:

  • Partner - the name of the Partner in the system with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Partner’s settings page.

  • Campaign - the name of the Campaign in the system with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Campaign’s settings page.

  • Status (Active / Deleted / Disabled / Paused / Temp Paused) - the status of the Campaign in the system.

  • Min - the minimum income amount value.

  • Max - the maximum income amount value.
