To check the routing of the call, go to the Publisher Management > Promo Materials > Phone Numbers section and expand the Reserved Phone Numbers tab. Select the reserved phone number for your publisher and click the “Edit” button. In the Routing method field you need to select one of the methods:

Default (IVR) - The calls will be directed to the first available IVR for the selected product.

Direct (Campaign) - In the Buyer contacts was assigned the phone number, so the lead will be directed exactly to this phone number to the Buyer.

Specific IVR - You can set the specific IVR and calls will be directed exactly to the current IVR.
