In the Duplicate Analysis report, you can view data of duplicates for the specified period. It can be grouped by Buyer, by Date, and by Campaign.

In the Duplicate Analysis report, you can view data of duplicates for the specified period. It can be grouped by Buyer, by Date, and by Campaign. To view the report go to the Analytics and Optimization > Lead Processing > Duplicate Analysis section.

The “Group by Buyer” report displays the following data:

  • Buyer - Buyer name

  • Potential Looks - number of times that the Buyer was offered to buy the lead

  • Post - number of posted leads (the percentage shows the ratio between the potential looks and posts)

  • Reject - number of leads rejected by the Buyer

  • Sold - number of sold leads

  • Dup - number of duplicated leads received by the Buyer (the percentage shows the ratio between the sold leads and duplicates)

  • DupX, DupX, % - number of duplicates received by the Buyer within appropriate timeframe: 3 days, 7 days, 15 days, 20 days, 30 days, 45 days.

Use the “Group by Date” report to get more information by dates.

The “Group by Campaign” report displays the following data:

  • Buyer - Buyer name

  • Campaign - campaign name

  • Current Dup Poster - number of currently posted leads

  • Current Dup Sold - number of currently sold leads

  • In Testing - displays if the testing in the campaign enabled.

The rest data columns duplicate with previous tabs.

The “Duplicate Setting Review” tab allows you to view and configure duplicate rules. These settings have higher priority and will be applied to the campaign settings even if in the duplicate rules on the Campaign Settings page are different.

That report includes the following data:

  • ID - identification number of the rule

  • Created - the date and time when the rule was created

  • Completed - the date and time when the time of rule ended. That field will be empty until the Run Time is not over

  • Partner - Buyer name assigned to the rule

  • Campaign - campaign name assigned to the rule

  • Type - the type of the rule:
    1. Duplicate Posted - displays if the rule changes the settings for posted duplicates
    2. Duplicate Sold - displays if the rule changes the settings for sold duplicates

  • Original Value - original value mentioned in the campaign settings

  • Test Value - the new value which is different

  • New Value - that column shows if the campaign settings have been changed after the rule ended.

  • Status - current rule status

  • Run Time - the time range which displays for how long the settings of the rule will be applied to the campaign

  • Auto Set - displays if the settings of the campaign will be changed according to the rule

  • Looks - number of posts in the appropriate campaign.
    IMPORTANT! A price reject for one lead will be counted as 1 look even if the lead was rejected several times.

  • Sold Leads - number of sold leads during the rule working time.

To add a new rule click the “Add New Rule” button and fill in the required fields in the pop-up window. Click the “Add” button to save.

  • Buyer - choose the buyer

  • Campaign - choose the campaign

  • Type - the type of the rule: duplicate posted/sold.

  • Original Value - displays the current campaign settings

  • Test Value - set the value you’d like to change in the campaign settings

  • Status - choose Active to enable the rule and Disabled to make the original campaign settings work

  • Run Time - set the time range for the rule

  • Auto Set - set Yes if you need to change the campaign settings according to the rule and No if you don’t need the settings to be changed after the rule time range is over.

To configure the rule click the “Edit” button and click the “Save” button when done.

To suspend the rule click the “Stop” button. Confirm your intention in the pop-up window.

To delete the rule, click the “Delete” button and confirm your intention.

To archive the rule, click the “Archive” button. Click the “Archive” button one more time to confirm your intention.

To export the report data click the “Export to CSV” button and choose the “Current Page” or “All Pages” type from the drop-down list.
