Duplicate Analysis

The “Duplicate Analysis” report allows you to view the statistics about the duplicates processed through the system.

To view the report, go to the Analytics and Optimization > Lead Processing > Duplicate Analysis section.

You can group the report by the Buyer, Date, or Campaign by using the “Group by Buyer”, “Group By Date”, and “Group by Campaign” tabs.

The report contains the following information:

  • Buyer: The name of the Buyer (available on the “Group by Buyer” and the “Group by Campaign” tabs).

  • Date: The particular date (available on the “Group by Date” tab).

  • Campaign: The name of the Campaign (available on the “Group by Campaign” tab).

  • Campaign Tags: The name of the Campaign Tag (available on the “Group by Campaign” tab).

  • Current Dup Posted: The number of currently posted leads (available on the “Group by Campaign” tab).

  • Current Dup Sold: The number of currently sold leads (available on the “Group by Campaign” tab).

  • In Testing: Displays if the testing in the campaign is enabled (available on the “Group by Campaign” tab).

  • Potential Looks: The number of times that the Buyer was offered to buy the lead.

  • Post: The number of posted leads (the percentage shows the ratio between the potential looks and posts).

  • Reject: The number of leads rejected by the Buyer.

  • Sold: The number of sold leads

  • Dup: The number of duplicated leads received by the Buyer (the percentage shows the ratio between the sold leads and duplicates)

  • DupX, DupX, %: The number of duplicates received by the Buyer within the time frame of three, seven, 15, 20, 30, and 45 days.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • Date: Select the date range for the report.

  • Product: Select the Product.

  • Buyer: Select the Buyer.

  • Buyer Campaign: Select the Buyer’s Campaign.

  • Campaign Tags: Select the Campaign’s Tag.

  • Buyer Tags: Select the Buyer Tag.

The “Duplicate Setting Review” tab allows you to view and manage duplicate rules for the Campaign. The rules created in this section have higher priority and will be applied to the Campaign settings even if the duplicate rules on the Campaign Settings section are different.

The list of the rules contains the following information:

  • ID: The unique identification number of the rule.

  • Created: The date and time of the rule creation.

  • Completed: The date and time when the rule was completed.

  • Partner: The name of the Buyer assigned to the rule.

  • Campaign: The name of the Campaign assigned to the rule.

  • Campaign Tags: The name of the Campaign Tag.

  • Type: The type of the rule:

    • Duplicate Posted: The type of rule that changes the settings for posted duplicates.

    • Duplicate Sold: The type of rule that changes the settings for sold duplicates.

  • Original Value: The original value from the Campaign settings

  • Test Value: The new value of the Campaign Setting.

  • New Value: Displays if the campaign settings have been changed after the rule ended.

  • Status: The current status of the rule.

  • Run Time: The time range which displays for how long the settings of the rule will be applied to the campaign

  • Auto Set: Displays if the settings of the campaign will be changed according to the rule

  • Looks: The number of posts in the related Campaign.

    Note: The price reject for one lead will be counted as one look even if the lead was rejected several times.

  • Sold Leads: The number of sold leads during the rule working time.

  • TTL: Total revenue.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • ID: Enter the unique identification number of the rule.

  • Date: Select the date range for the report.

  • Product: Select the Product.

  • Buyer: Select the Buyer.

  • Buyer Campaign: Select the Buyer’s Campaign.

  • Campaign Tag: Select the Buyer’s Campaign Tag.

  • Buyer Tags: Select the Buyer Tag.

To add a new rule, click the “Create New Rule” button and fill in the following fields in the “Create New Rule” pop-up window:

  • Buyer: Select the Buyer.

  • Campaign: Select the Campaign.

  • Select all Campaigns: Check the box to apply the rule for all the Campaigns for the selected Buyer.

  • Type: Select the type of the rule.

  • Original Value: Displays the current value applied for the selected duplicate settings of the Campaign.

  • Test Value: Select the value you would like to change in the duplicate settings of the Campaign.

  • Status: Select the current status of the rule (Active, Disabled).

  • Run Time: Select the time range for the rule to be applied.

  • Auto Set: Select the “Yes” option to change the campaign settings according to the rule. Select the “No” option if you don’t need the settings changed after the rule time range is over.

Click the “Add” button to complete the action.


To configure an existing rule, click the “Edit” button in the “Actions” column and change the following settings in the “Edit Duplicate Review” pop-up window:

  • Type: View the selected type of the rule.

  • Original Value: View the selected original value.

  • Test Value: Select the value you would like to change in the Campaign settings.

  • Status: Select the current status of the rule.

  • Run Time: Select the time range for the rule to be applied.

  • Auto Set: Select the “Yes” option to change the campaign settings according to the rule. Select the “No” option if you don’t need the settings changed after the rule time range is over.

Click the “Save” button to complete the action.

To suspend the rule, click the “Stop” button in the “Actions” column.

Click the “Stop” button in the “Stop Duplicate Review” pop-up window to complete the action.

To delete the rule, click the “Delete” button in the “Actions” column. Click the “Delete” button in the “Delete Duplicate Review” pop-up window to complete the action.

To send the rule to the archive, click the “Archive” button in the “Actions” column. Click the “Archive” button in the “Archive Duplicate Review” pop-up window to complete the action.

To view the list of archived reviews, click the “Archived Reviews” button at the top of the main block.

To send all rules already processed to the archive, click the “Archive all Completed Duplicate Reviews” button at the top of the main block.

Click the “Archive All Completed Reviews” button in the “Archive all Completed Duplicate Reviews” pop-up window to complete the action.
