To access these settings, go to the System Management > Products section, select the product from the list, and click the “Settings” button in the “Actions” column. Once the Product Setup page is loaded, select the “Report Custom Fields” tab.

Each sub-tab of the Report Custom Fields section corresponds to the existing report in the system. You can configure custom fields for the following lead reports:

  • Lead Details (Publisher Report): The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the Publisher Lead Details report fields. To access the corresponding report, go to the All Reports > Publisher Reports > Lead Details section.

  • Lead Details (Buyer Report): The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the Buyer Lead Details report fields. The report data is available for all the system roles that are registered as employees in the system. To access the corresponding report, go to the All Reports > Buyer Reports > Lead Details section.

  • Lead Details (Buyer Login View): The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the Buyer Lead Details report fields for non-employees user groups with limited access. Note: The report data is available for the system roles considered non-employees, including the Buyer Representative and Buyer Editor roles. To access the corresponding report, go to the All Reports > Buyer Reports > Lead Details section.

  • Lead Body: The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the fields for the Lead Body report containing all leads information. To access the corresponding report in the system, go to the Publisher Reports > Lead Details section and select the “Lead Body” tab.

  • Lead Consent: The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the fields for the Consent Details report (Call Logic only). To access the corresponding report, go to the Publisher Reports > Consent Details section.

  • Search Lead: The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the fields for the Search Lead report (LMS only). To access the corresponding report, go to the Publisher Reports > Search Lead section.

  • Search Call: The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the fields for the Search Call report (Call Logic only). To access the corresponding report, go to the Publisher Reports > Search Call section.

  • Price Reject Analysis (Details tab): The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the fields for the “Details” tab of the Price Reject Analysis report. Go to the Analytics and Optimization > Performance Tools > Price Reject Analysis section to access the corresponding report and select the “Details” tab.

  • Lead Return (Lead Return Requests): The sub-tab allows you to add and configure the fields for the “Lead Return Requests” tab of the Lead Return/Adjustment report. Go to the Buyer Reports > Lead Return/Adjustment section to access the corresponding report and select the “Lead Return Requests” tab.

To add a new data field to the report, move the field from the “Available Fields” block to the “Selected Fields” block by using the drag-and-drop tool or the “+” button.

To remove it from the “Selected Fields” block, click the “-” button on the right side of the field. Click the “Save” button to confirm the changes.
