A “Mark lead status as sold, if the campaign price is 0” feature on the LMS Platform allows you to set the lead status as “Sold” if a lead was sold to a campaign with a min price set to “0.”

To enable the feature in the system, go to the System Management > General > Project settings section, select the “LMS & Call Logic” tab and go to the “Additional Components” subtab, and scroll down to the “Advanced tools” block. Select the “Yes” value in the “Mark lead status as sold, if the campaign price is 0” field. After the feature is enabled, you can set it up on the product and the campaign level.

To set up the “Mark lead status as sold, if the campaign price is 0” feature for the product, go to the System Management > Products section and click the “Settings” button. Go to the “Advanced Settings” tab and select the “Yes” value in the “Mark lead status as sold, if the campaign price is 0” field.

To set up the “Mark lead status as sold, if the campaign price is 0” feature for the campaign, go to the Client Management > Setup > Campaigns section and click the “Configure” button. On the “Global” tab, select one of the following values in the “Mark lead status as sold, if the campaign price is 0” field:

  • Select “Default” to apply the product settings the campaign is assigned to.

  • Select “Enabled” to enable the feature for this campaign, regardless of the product settings.

  • Select “Disabled” to disable the feature for this campaign, regardless of the product settings.
