In the Message Templates section, you can create, edit, and remove system event notification templates. To find your message templates go the System Management > System Notifications > Message Templates section.

To generate a list of templates, use the next filter fields:

  • Template Name;

  • Subject;

  • Connection String.

Check the date of creating and last modifying in the appropriate data columns in the template list.

To add a new message template, click the “Add new record” button and fill in the fields in the pop-up window. Click the “Add” button to save.

To edit a message template, click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column opposite the required record. Edit the data fields in the pop-up window and click the “Save” button to complete.

To delete a message template, click the “Delete” button. Click the “Yes” button to continue.

To download data about the message templates in the “CSV” file click the “Export to CSV” button.
