This section contains the email log of all notifications sent to users based on their activity in the system – registration details, password changes, etc.

To open the report go to the System Management > System Notifications > Notification Log section

Use the next filter fields to generate a detailed report:

  • ID

  • Status (Send/ Send fail/ Ticket created/ Resend waiting/ Resend fail etc.)

  • Created at

The following data is shown in the reports table:

  • ID

  • Subject

  • Mail To

  • BCC

  • Status

  • Resend Attempts

  • Created At

  • Action

To review a full message in the report table click the “View” button in the “Action” column.
