The Do & Do Not Present Lists tab allows buyers to create, manage, and delete a list of contacts that they do not wish to receive as a lead in their system.

The Do & Do Not Present Lists tab allows buyers to create a list of contacts that they do not wish to receive as a lead in their system. To view the list go to the Client Management > Setup > Do & Do Not Present Lists section.

Use the following filter fields to generate a detailed report:

  • Product - Product name

  • Type - list type

  • Auto update / Allow API Access - enabled auto-update or lists with enabled API Access

  • Creation Time - the time when the list was created

  • Last Update Time - the time when the list was last modified

Click the “Search” button to proceed.

Click the “Add new list” button to add a new DNPL list. Fill in the required fields and click the “Add” button to continue.

To configure the “Values” click the appropriate button in the “Actions” column and choose the option from the drop-down list:

  • Set values - to set up values for the list

  • Append values - to add the values to the list

  • Edit values - the system will redirect you to the page where you can view and edit the list.

To export the list data click the “Export to CSV” button and choose the “Current Page” or “All Pages” type from the drop-down list. This will email the full list to you, or you can download it on your computer. To download the list go to the All Reports > Extras > Export Tasks section and click the “Download” button next to the appropriate task.

To configure the “Automation & API” click the appropriate button in the “Actions” column and choose the option from the drop-down list:

  • Configure Auto-Download option allows to set up the auto-download. You may configure the DNPL to auto-download data from a specific URL and append to current values or overwrite the current values. Set a tick in the “Enable Auto-Download” field and click the “Save” button to proceed.

  • Configure API Access option allows to set up the API Access. Switch the toggle to the left side to Enable API Access, click the “Generate” button to generate an API-key. Click the “Save” button to save the progress.

To view the details including the format and response examples click the “Show API Posting Instructions” text.

To configure list settings click the “Setup” button in the “Actions” column. Fill in the required fields and click the “Edit” button to save.

To remove the list click the “Delete” button in the “Actions” column and confirm your intention in the pop-up window.

To export the report data click the “Export to CSV” button and choose the “Current Page” or “All Pages” type from the drop-down list.
