In this article, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to integrate your Stripe account with Phonexa’s platform and set up Stripe as a payment method.
To integrate your Stripe account with Phonexa instance, please make sure your Stripe account is active.
Log into your Stripe account and go to the Developers > API keys section of the left-hand menu. The API keys page contains the set of Standard keys required for further steps of the setup. Please make sure you copy and have the Publishable and Secret keys ready.
Log into your Books360 account and select the specific Phonexa platform for the accounting.
Go to the Account > Settings > Invoice Processing tab, select the “Stripe” option from the payment methods list, and in the “Actions” column, click the “Configure” button. Fill in the API keys copied from your Stripe account (see step 2) in the pop-up window.
To activate Stripe as a payment method, select “Enabled” in the “Active” field.
To enable the Payment Token feature to Auto Process invoices, select “Enabled” in the “Use Payment Tokens” field.
To enable refund of payments, select “Enabled” in the “Is Refund Available” field.
Click the “Save” button to complete. Once the credentials are accepted, the Stripe payment method will be activated, and the “Enabled” status will be reflected.
