Account profile section describes in detail how to manage the general information of your account, change password, and set the 2FA.

The Profile section allows you to manage your account’s general information, change the password, and set the two-factor authentication.

To access the profile settings, go to the Account > Profile section.

The “Global Settings” tab contains general information about your account. To edit the information, fill in the following fields:

  • First Name: Fill in the first name of a user.

  • Last Name: Fill in the last name of a user.

  • Email: Fill in the email address of a user.

Click the “Save” button to complete.

The “Change password” tab allows you to modify the current password for your account. To change the password, fill in the following fields:

  • New Password: Fill in the new password.

  • Repeat Password: Fill in the matching password.

Click the “Save” button to complete.

The “Two Factor Authentication” tab allows you to secure your account with two-factor authentication. The feature is disabled by default. To enable the option, fill in the following fields:

  • Authentication Type: Select the preferable authentication type (SMS / Google Authenticator) from the drop-down list and follow the provided instruction in the pop-up window.

  • Current Password: Fill in the current account’s password.

Click the “Save” button to complete.
