In the “All Contacts” section, you can see detailed information about all contacts in the system. Available option to check the contact statistics, add and delete contacts.

To view the data go to the List Management > All Contacts

section.

The section contains four tabs:

  • All Contacts

  • Emails Validation History

  • Contacts Imports History

  • Fields Management

The “All Contacts” tab contains summary information about all contacts in the system.

Use the next filters to group the list:

  • Contact Type - Email, Phone

  • Email

  • Phone

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • State

  • Zip

  • Validation Status - Not Checked Yet, Verified, Undeliverable, Catch All, Role Or Distribution Group, Malformed, SpamTrap, Complainer, Bot, Seed Account, Unknown, Unauthorized, Disposable Email, Error.

  • Status - Deleted, Active, Inactive, Bounced, Suppressed

  • Created At

  • Last Validated

  • Import Method - Manual, CSV File, API

The main block contains the following information:

  • Contact ID - the ID number of the contact in the list.

  • Email - email address.

  • Email Status - Active, Inactive, Bounced, Suppressed.

  • Phone - phone number.

  • Phone Status - Active, Inactive, Bounced, Suppressed.

  • First Name - the first name of the contact person.

  • Last Name - the last name of the contact person.

  • Created At - date of the contact creation

  • E Validation Status - the validation status of the contact.

  • E Last Validated - date if the last contact validation.

  • Import Method - Manual, CSV File, API.

Click the “Add New” button to add new contacts manually or automatically to the system. To add a contact manually select the “Add New Contact” option from the drop-down list and fill in the data fields in the “Add New Contact” pop-up window:

To add contacts to the system from the list in the file select the “Import From CSV” option from the drop-down list and fill in the following fields in the “Import From CSV” pop-up window. Check how to import the contacts via CSV via the link: How to Import Your Contacts Via CSV.

Click the “Statistics” button in the “Action” column to open the detailed statistical information about the contact activity in the “Contact Statistic” section. The detailed information about this section you can check via the link: Contact Statistics.

Click the “Send To” button in the filters section to save contacts to a new or existing contact list.

Click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column to change the settings of the existing contact. In the pop-up window with the contact information available following fields:

  • Matching Mode - Email, Phone

  • Email

  • Phone

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Reset Email Automation Counters?

  • Country

  • Address

  • Zip

  • Date of Birth

Click the “Show extra field” button to expand the extra fields for the contact information, such as:

  • City

  • State

  • Gender - Unknown, Female, Male

Click the “Hide extra fields” button to hide the additional fields.

Click the “Add Custom Field” button to add an additional field to the form. Fill in the “Name” and “Value” fields and click the “Save” button to complete.

The “Emails Validation History” tab contains the email validation log. Here you can check the metrics of email validation quality, the total number of emails in the file, number of verified emails.

The main block contains the following information:

  • File

  • Started At

  • Finished At

  • Quantity / Verified

  • Quality Score - the percentage ratio of Verified to Quantity

  • Status

  • Report

Click the “Download Report” button in the “Report” column to download the detailed report about email validation

Click the “+” sign button in the “File” column to open the drop-down list with the details info about the validation record.

In the “Contact Imports History” tab you can check the information about the contact import log.

Use the next filters to generate a detailed report:

  • ListType - Unknown, Contacts List, Suppression List, SMS Suppression List

  • Status - Pending, In Progress, Done, Failed

The main block contains the following information:

  • File Name - the file name, that used for the contacts’ import

  • Status - Pending, In Progress, Done, Failed

  • Type - Unknown, Contacts List, Suppression List, SMS Suppression List

  • List Name - the name of the contact list

  • User - the name of the list creator

  • Total - total number of contacts in the list

  • Created - number of the contacts, created from that list

  • Updated - number of contacts that have been updated after the list uploading

  • Skipped - number of contacts that have been left without any changes after the list uploading

  • Failed - number of invalid contacts in the list.

  • Created At - date and time of the list creation

  • Executed At - date and time of the creation initiation

  • Finished At - date and time of the creation finish.

Click the “Export to CSV” button to transfer all data from the report to the “CSV” file.

The “Fields Management” tab allows you to add and manage the custom fields. These fields can be used for the contact records in the “All Contacts” tab.

Click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column to modify the custom field record.

Click the “Delete” button in the “Action” column to delete the custom field.

Click the “Create New Custom Field” button to add a new custom field. Fill in the following fields in the “Create New Custom Field” pop-up window:

  • Name - field name

  • Slug - the specific field name that you can use for the system placeholder and with the API fields

  • Type - Integer, String, Date.

  • Example - the example of permissible value for the field.

  • Description - brief description of the field’s meaning.

Then click the “Add” button to complete the action.

There are three methods to fill in the custom fields.

  • Manually - click the “Add New” button in the “Action” column, then select the “Add New Contact” option from the drop-down list. These fields will appear in the “Add New Contact” pop-up window.

  • Using the option to import CSV file - click the “Add New” button in the “Action” column, then select the “Import From CSV” option from the drop-down list. These fields will appear in the “Import From CSV” pop-up window. The fields will be available only in case of proper fill-in of the CSV File. You can check the correctness of the CSV file using the sample, that can be downloaded from the system by clicking the “Download Sample Files” link in the “Import From CSV” pop-up window.

  • Using API requests - go to the List Management > Contact Lists section, click the “API Documentation” button in the “Action” column. Here you can check the fields for the request in the “Request Fields” section.

The custom fields can be used in the SMS and Emails campaigns as the placeholders for the letter or message name.

To use the custom field for the Email campaign go to the Email Campaigns > Campaigns section, click the “Configure” button in the “Action” column and select the “Template Setting” tab. The custom fields can be added to the letter name in the “Subject” field from the “Email Fields” drop-down lists.

Another way to add a custom field to the Email Campaign is to do that through the Email Template Builder. Go to the Email Campaigns > Templates section, click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column. Then in the “Drag & Drop Editor” section, you can add the custom field to the “Subject” and “Pre-header” fields by selecting the option from the “Email Fields” drop-down list.

To use the custom field in the SMS campaign go to the SMS Campaigns > Templates section and click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column. The custom fields can be added to the message in the text field from the “Contact Fields” drop-down lists.

Also, the custom fields can be used for rule creation in the contact list builder. Go to the List Management > Contact List Builder section, click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column. In the contact list editor click the “+” button in the “Segment Definition” field and select the custom field from the “Contact Fields Filtration” list.
