The “Recipient Summary” report provides Email/SMS Reports based on Recipient statistics using three different tabs: “Group By Domain”, “Group By Platform”, and “Group By Browser”.

To view the report go to the All Reports > Mailing Reports > Recipient Summary section.

Use the next filter fields to generate a detailed report:

  • Date

  • Campaign

  • Campaign Label

The “Group by Domain” tab shows the report only for email campaigns grouped by a particular domain.

The report contains the following information:

  • Domain - the domain name;

  • Sent - the total number of sent emails;

  • Failed - the number of the failed to send emails;

  • Delivered, % - the number of delivered emails and a percentage ratio between sent and delivered values;

  • Soft Bounced, % - the total number of not delivered emails from all campaigns because of the email service issues and their percentage in the total number of sent emails;

  • Hard Bounced, % - the total number of not delivered emails from all campaigns because of the email address issues and their percentage in the total number of sent emails;

  • Total Opens - the number of the emails’ openings from all campaigns;

  • Unique Opens, % - displays the number of initial openings of the messages from all campaigns and the percentage of initial openings in the total number of all openings;

  • Total Clicks - displays the total number of clicks on the link in the email from all campaigns;

  • Unique Clicks, % - displays the number of the first clicks on the link in the email from all campaigns and the percentage ratio between the unique clicks and the total number of all clicks on the link;

  • Clicks Through, % - the percentage ratio between the unique clicks and the total number of the delivered emails;

  • Spam Reported, % - displays the total number of the emails, that users marked as “Spam” and their percentage in the total number of all delivered emails;

  • Unsubscribed, % - the total number of unsubscribed emails and their percentage in the total number of all delivered emails;

  • Popularity, % - the percentage of the total opens for the particular domain in the number of total opens for all domains.

The “Group By Platform” tab and the “Group By Browser” tab contain the same report for all campaigns (Email and SMS) grouped by the platform and by the browser.
