The “Delivery Channels” section allows you to add and configure ESP delivery channels and integrations for Campaigns (such as MailGun, MailJet, Postmark, AmazonSES, SMTP, and others).
To view the list go to the Email Campaigns > Settings > Delivery Channels section.
To generate a specific list use the next filter fields:
Channel name - enter the name of the channel;
Delivery Channel / ESP - select type of the channel;
Created At -specify the date of creation;
Status - select status of the channel;
The Delivery Channels table contains the following information:
ID - the unique identification number of the channel;
Name - the name of the channel;
Delivery Channel / ESP - the type of the channel;
Created At - the date of creation;
Status - the status selected of the channel (can be Active, Disabled, and Deleted);
To create a new channel click the “Add Delivery Channel” button. Fill in the name of the channel in the “Name” field and click the “Add” button to complete.
To configure the existing channel click the “Settings” button in the “Action” column and the system will redirect you to the setup page.
The “Delivery Channel Set Up” page contains four tabs:
In the “Global” tab you can rename the channel in the “Name” field.
To remove the channel from the system click the “Delete Channel” button.
To check the correctness of the channel settings click the “Validate Channel Settings” button.
In the “Integration” tab you can select the required ESP (such as MailGun, MailJet, Postmark, AmazonSES, SMTP, and others) from the drop-down list in the “Select ESP” field. Depending on the selected ESP fill in the required fields below. The set of fields is individual for each ESP type.
In the “From/Reply Emails” tab you can add an email for sending or replying options.
Click the “Add Email” button to put a new email address to the list.
To verify the email click the “Confirm” button and enter the verification code in the pop-up window. To initiate re-submitting the verification code click the “Resend Code” button.
To rename the email click the “Edit” button in the “Actions” column and enter new data in the “From Name” field in the pop-up window.
In the “Speed Limitation” tab you can set up speed limitations on the global level or for specific domains only.
To configure global limits check the box in the “Enable Global Speed Limitation” field and enter the required values in the “Cap Per Month” and “Speed Per Second” fields.
To configure limits for specific domains check the box in the “Enable per domain limitation” field and enter one or more domain names in the “Domain” field. Specify the number in minutes for which the campaign will be paused and the number of emails to send before the pause. You can change the number of emails or time range using the “-” or “+” buttons in the corresponding row. Individual settings are provided for each domain. For example, you can set a special rule for Domain1 to send 3 emails and then pause the campaign for this domain for 2 minutes, after the pause another 3 emails will be sent before the next pause. To complete the setup process click the “Save” button.
