The SMTP integration is now available for the Delivery Channel set up. To set up the integration, go to the Email Campaigns > Settings > Delivery Channels section, select the delivery channel, and click the “Settings” button in the “Action” column.

To configure the integration, go to the “Integration” tab and select the “SMTP” integration in the “Select ESP” field.

The Sender Options block allows you to manage the sender domain configuration and enable link masking.

Fill in the following fields:

  • Sender Domain - enter the sender domain, e.g., phonexa.com.

  • Tracking Domain Prefix - (optional) enter the tracking domain prefix. Please note that to finalize the set up of a new/custom domain prefix, you need to contact customer support.

Fill in the following fields to configure the connection:

  • Host

  • Port

  • Encryption

  • Username

The Report IMAP Server Connection block allows you to configure IMAP Server connection parameters for tracking delivered messages. When enabled, it will track the Delivered, Soft, and Hard Bounced metrics. To configure the Report IMAP Server Connection, enable the checkbox and fill in the following fields:

  • Email

  • Host

  • Port

  • Encryption

  • Username

  • Password

The Feedback IMAP Server Connection block allows you to configure IMAP Server connection parameters for tracking spam and unsubscribe messages. To configure the Feedback IMAP Server Connection, enable the checkbox and fill in the following fields:

  • Email

  • Host

  • Port

  • Encryption

  • Username

  • Password

Note that:

  • If you use a third-party service for SMTP connection, the Report IMAP Server Connection tracking might not be available.

  • You can use the same connection for Report IMAP Server Connection and Feedback IMAP Server Connection tracking options.
