In the “Links Management” section, you can view the list of all links, create a new link, delete, manage the existing links, and the related domains.

To view the list go to the SMS Campaigns > Settings > Links Management section.

The “Links” tab contains information about the links.

To generate a links list use the next filter fields:

  • Link Name - enter the link name

  • Status - select the status from the drop-down list (Active, Deleted, Disabled)

  • Template - select the template from the drop-down list

  • Shortener Domain - the domain that will be used to shorten the URL in the SMS text

The main block contains the following information:

  • ID - the unique identification number of the list

  • Name - the name of the list

  • Template - template type

  • Shortener Domain - the domain that will be used to shorten the URL in the SMS text

  • URL - the link itself

  • Created At - date and time of the link creation

  • Status - the status of the list (Active, Deleted, Disabled)

To manage the existing link click the “Edit” button in the “Action” column. You can change the “Name”, “URL”, “Contact Field”, “Status”, choose another template in the “Select Template” field, and Select Shortener Domain. Click the “Save” button to complete.

To remove the link from the list click the “Delete” button in the “Action” column.

To add a new link to the system click the “Add Link” button. Fill in the “Name” field, select the template from the list in the “Select Template” field, choose the domain from the drop-down list in the “Select Shortener Domain” field and then choose the type of custom parameter for URL and put the address itself in the “URL” field. Click the “Add” button to complete the action.

Click the “Export to CSV” button to transfer all data from the report to the “CSV” file.
