The "Phone Number Deny List" contains a list of phone numbers blocked in the system for both inbound and outbound calls. You can view the list of these phone numbers, add a new one, edit or delete the existing record.

To view the list, go to the Pbx Management > Phone numbers > Phone Number Deny List section.

The “Phone Number Deny List” report contains the following information:

  • ID: The unique identification number of the record.

  • Phone Number: The phone number added to the Phone Number Deny List.

  • Created: The date and time of the record creation.

  • Expiration: The expiration date and time for the record.

  • Created by: The name of the user who has created the record.

  • Comment: The comment to the record.

  • Category: The name of the selected Call Category.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

  • ID: Enter the unique identification number of the record.

  • Phone number: Enter the phone number.

  • Created: Select the date range for the record creation.

  • Expiration: Select the date range for the record activity expiration.

  • Created by: Select the name of the record creator.

  • Comment: Enter the comment.

  • Category: Select the Call Category.

To add a phone number to the Phone Number Deny List, click the “Add New Record” button and fill the following fields in the “Add New” pop-up window:

  • Phone Number: Enter the phone number that should be added to the list.

  • Comment: Enter the comment.

  • Category: Select the related Call Category.

  • Type: Select the type of the record activity time (Permanent, Temporary).

    • If the “Temporary” option is selected, select the date and time of the record activity expiration in the “Expired At” field.

Click the “Save” button to complete the action.

To edit the existing record, click the “Edit” button in the “Actions” column and change the information in the following fields of the “Edit” pop-up window:

  • Phone Number: Update the phone number.

  • Comment: Update the comment.

  • Category: Select the related Call Category.

  • Type: Select the type of the record activity time (Permanent, Temporary).

    • If the “Temporary” option is selected, select the date and time of the record activity expiration in the “Expired At” field.

Click the “Save” button to complete the changes.

To delete the record, click the “Delete” button in the “Actions” column and click the “Delete” button in the “Delete” pop-up window to complete the operation.
