Extra Fields in IVR

This article gives you an overview of how to set up and use the Product Extra Fields in IVR.

This feature is only available for Call Logic products.

To use the Product Extra Field in your IVR, you need to add an Extra Field to the Product you plan to use and configure it.

The Extra Fields are available for selection in the following IVR blocks:

  • Check Lead Return

  • User's Input

  • IVR Branching (only selector type fields)

  • Constant Input

  • Condition
