Here is how you can use different criteria to filter and view the lead count in our short guide to the Filter Analyzer report.
The Filter Analyzer report allows you to view the number of leads filtered based on certain criteria (i.e. age, income, loan amount, etc.).
To view the report go to the Analytics and Optimization > Performance Tools > Filter Analyzer section.
You can group the report by the following criteria:
Details tab
The“Details” tab allows you to generate the report with all the enabled filter details provided in the system according to the date the records appeared.
The Details report list contains the following information:

Date: The date the record appeared in the system.

Filter Name: The name of the filter in the system (activeMilitary / state / etc.).
-
Filter Value: (YES / NO).
-
Count: The number of leads filtered by a specific category in the record.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

Date: Select the date range of the report.
-
Product: Select the Product.
-
Buyer Agent: Select the Buyer Agent.
-
Buyer: Select the Buyer.
-
Campaign: Select the Campaign.
-
Publisher Agent: Select the Publisher Agent.
-
Publisher: Select the Publisher.
Summary Global tab
The “Summary Global” tab allows you to generate the report with all the leads filtered by the same criteria on the specific date and for the specific Product.
The Summary Global report list contains the following information:

Date: The date the record appeared in the system.
-
Filter Name: The name of the filter in the system (activeMilitary / state / etc.).

Count: The number of leads filtered by a specific category in the record. To see more detailed information about the specific record in the list click the Count value hyperlink which will redirect you to the “Details” tab.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

Summary by Date tab
The “Summary by Date” tab allows you to generate the report with the filtered lead amount summary sorted by Date.
The Summary by Date report list contains the following information:

Date: The date the record appeared in the system.

Count: The number of leads filtered by a specific category in the record. To see more detailed information about the specific record in the list click the Count value hyperlink which will redirect you to the “Details” tab.

The “Summary by Publisher” tab allows you to generate the report with the filtered leads amount summary sorted by Publisher.
The Summary by Publisher report list contains the following information:

Publisher: The name of the Publisher with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Publisher’s settings page.

Count: The total amount of filtered leads sorted in the system by Date. By clicking the Count value you will be redirected to the “Details” tab with more detailed information for the chosen record.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

Buyer Agent: Select the Buyer Agent.

Summary by Campaign tab
The “Summary by Campaign” tab allows you to generate the report with the filtered lead amount summary sorted by Buyer and its Campaign.
The Summary by Campaign report list contains the following information:

Buyer Name: The name of the Buyer with the inserted hyperlink to the Buyer’s settings page.

Campaign Name: The name of the Campaign with the inserted hyperlink to the Campaign’s settings page.

Count: The total amount of filtered leads sorted in the system by Date. By clicking the Count value you will be redirected to the “Details” tab with more detailed information for the chosen record.

Partner Analyze tab
The “Partner Analyze” tab allows you to generate the report with the filter data provided by Partner.
The Partner Analyze report list contains the following information:

Filter Name: The name of the filter in the system (Loan Amount / Income Net Monthly / Income Payment Frequency / RTI / Bank Direct Deposit / Income Type / Active Military / State / Age / Address Length Months / Work Time At Employer / Bank Account Length Months / Bank Account Type / Own Home / State/DL State / ssid).

Filter Value: The entered value for the chosen filter.

Sent: The amount of sent leads in the system according to the chosen filter provided by Partner.

Sold: The amount of sold leads in the system according to the chosen filter provided by Partner.

Conversion (%): The Sent leads to Sold leads ratio.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

Date: Select the date range of the report.

Product: Select the Product.

Filter Name: Select the name of the filter.

Buyer Agent: Select the Buyer Agent.

Buyer: Select the Buyer.
-
Campaign: Select the Campaign.
Loan Amount tab
The “Loan Amount” tab allows you to generate the report filtered according to the chosen Product sorted by Partner and its Campaign displaying the Min and Max Loan Amount.
The Loan Amount report list contains the following information:

Partner: The name of the Partner with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Partner’s settings page.
-
Campaign: The name of the Campaign with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Campaign’s settings page.
-
Status: The status of the Campaign in the system (Active / Deleted / Disabled / Paused / Temp Paused).
-
Min: The minimum loan amount value.
-
Max: The maximum loan amount value.
You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:

Product: Select the Product.

Buyer Agent: Select the Buyer Agent.

Buyer: Select the Buyer.
-
Buyer Tags: Select the Buyer Tag.

Campaign: Select the Campaign.
-
Campaign Tags: Select the Campaign Tag.

Status: Select the Status.
Income tab
The “Income” tab allows you to generate the report filtered according to the chosen Product sorted by Partner and its Campaign displaying the Min and Max Income Amount.
The Income report list contains the following information:

Partner: The name of the Partner with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Partner’s settings page.

Campaign: The name of the Campaign with the inserted hyperlink that redirects you to the Campaign’s settings page.

Status: The status of the Campaign in the system (Active / Deleted / Disabled / Paused / Temp Paused).

Min: The minimum income amount value.

Max: The maximum income amount value.
