How to Assign Phone Number to Publisher

A phone number acts as a publisher's channel within Call Logic. To configure settings go to the Publisher Management > Promo Materials > Phone Numbers section. Decide on a type of number (800/844/etc) from the available list and click the “Reserve” button.
In the pop-up window, enter the necessary quantity and click the “Save” button.
Then go to the “Reserve Phone Numbers” tab and click the “Edit” button in front of your phone number. To add the phone number to the rotation list, choose a product and a publisher.
(If you simply want that number to be reserved for the future, do not select either the publisher or the product.)
You can also specify additional (optional) parameters, such as custom greeting and end-of-call audio files.
Confirm your configuration by clicking the “Save” button. Your system is now ready to work with phone call traffic.
