The Resource Center menu allows you to enable the Quick Start feature to set some essentials, do the research through the knowledge base, and contact the help center.
Click the Resource Center icon in the lower right-hand corner to open the pop-up window.
To set up the essentials, click the “Get Started” button. Select one of the guides from the following list. Confirm the start of the guide and proceed with the instructions and hints on the screen, or dismiss the guide in the pop-up window.
You can track the setup's progress bar in percentage ratio from within the Resource Center above the list of guides.
To finish or remove the setup from the Resource Center, click the “Dismiss Checklist” and confirm the action.
To search for the article in the Knowledge Base, click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the Resource Center window or click the "Knowledge Base" button and enter the keywords to search.
Click the article to open it in the Knowledge Base.
Click the envelope or phone icons next to the Help Center to view the email or phone number contact details for technical support accordingly.
To open the chat with the support managers, click the chat icon.
From the Help Center, you can search for articles by keywords in the “Find answers quickly” block.
The “Your Chats” block contains the chat history. Click one of the previous chats to reread it if deactivated or continue the conversation in case the chat is still active. To chat with the support team, click the pencil icon and write a message.
