How to use the Phonexa support chatbox

Looking to contact Phonexa’s support team instantly? Check this short guide and learn how to use the Phonexa support chatbox.

 

You can contact the support team by clicking the Chatbox icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. You can also search the Knowledge Base for the inquiry information.

The “Help” window will pop-up and you can start a chat with a support agent. Just click the “Pencil” icon in the “Your Chats” field and enter your question in the text field. Press the “Enter” button or “Send” icon to send the message.

You can also search the Knowledge Base for the inquiry information. Enter the search keywords in the “Find answers quickly” field to get a list with related articles.
