Jornaya TCPA Guardian

The Jornaya TCPA Guardian third-party service allows you to authenticate TCPA consent before calling them and also lets you authenticate Data integrity. A real-time response lets you know which leads provided TCPA consent.

To enable this service, go to the Fraud and Anomaly > iClear > Lead Processing Rules section and select a Product from the drop-down list.

Once you select the Product, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Lead Processing Rules (iClear) sub-tab. You may also navigate here by selecting the System Management > Products section on the left-hand menu and clicking on the “Settings” button for the corresponding product (Lead Processing Rules (iClear) sub-tab).

To configure this service, click the “Add Service” button in the Global Rules block. In the “Add Service” pop-up window, fill in the following fields:

  • Select Third Party Service: Select the “Jornaya TCPA Guardian” option.
  • The Intelligence Profile key for this audit (LAK): Fill in the Lead Audit Key - a unique identifier associated with an Audit Profile.
  • Your Jornaya Account Code (LAC): Fill in the Lead Account Code - the unique identifier for your Jornaya Account.
  • % of leads lookup: Set the percentage of leads to be checked through this service.

The “Reject if” configuration block allows you to configure rejection options. If none of the options is selected, no rejection will be performed:

  • Not Authentic: Check the box to filter out the leads whose Lead ID token was not confirmed to be valid. Uncheck the box for the service to not affect the lead processing.
  • TCPA Consent: Select one or more of the lead’s TCPA consent conditions by which the lead will be rejected:
  • Select the “Consent given via form submission” option to reject the lead that gave the TCPA consent via form submission.
  • Select the “Active Consent” option to reject the lead who proactively selected the TCPA consent option.
  • Select the “Passive Consent” option to reject the lead for whom the consent was pre-populated.
  • Select the “Passive Decline” option to reject the lead that did not provide consent and for whom the consent option was not pre-populated.
  • TCPA Disclosure: Select one or more of the lead’s TCPA disclosure conditions by which the lead will be rejected:
  • Select the “Not present” option to reject the lead for whom the TCPA disclosure field label was not presented during the lead event.
  • Select the “Matching” option to reject the lead with a matching TCPA disclosure presented on the lead form.
  • Select the “Not a match” option if the disclosure filled by the lead on the form does not match a specified TCPA disclosure in the audit profile.

The “Compare with Lead body and reject if no match found” configuration block allows you to configure more rejection options based on the lead body information and the third-party service information, if values don't match, the lead will be rejected:

  • Select a field to retrieve the email: Select the field to compare emails.
  • Select a field to retrieve the cell phone number: Select the field to compare cell phone numbers. 
  • Select a field to retrieve the first name: Select the field to compare first names.
  • Select a field to retrieve the last name: Select the field to compare last names.

The “Additional Run Settings” configuration block allows you to configure more options to determine at which stage you prefer to run the service.

  • Service run time: Select whether you would prefer to run the service before or after the leads are filtered out (After filtration / Before filtration).
    Note: Please be aware that selecting this option may impact your invoice. Once this option is selected and no campaigns remain for the service to run, no charges will be incurred.
  • Run service on (PingPost products only): Select one of the options to determine at which stage you would prefer to run the service for the Ping Post products (Ping / Post / Ping and Post). 
  • Run service on silent ping: Select “Yes” if you would like to run the service during the silent ping stage. Select “No” to exclude this option.
  • No response service action: The system runs a lookup service, in case the service does not get any response, you can select the preferable action:
    • Select the “Continue Processing” option if you want to continue processing leads when the service does not respond.
    • Select the “Reject the Lead” option if you want to reject the lead when the service does not respond.

Click the “Add” button to confirm, or click the “Cancel” button to close the window.
