The Lead Processing Time report allows you to analyze the total lead processing time and identify where the delays are happening. Also, it helps you to detect issues with Price Reject.
Note: The report is available for Enterprise Suite clients for Admin and Publisher Agent roles.
To view the report, go to the Analytics and Optimization > Publisher Analytics > Publisher Post Time section, and click on the “Lead Processing Time” tab.
The “Lead Processing Time” report contains the following information:
- Product: The selected Product.
- Date: The date range for the processed leads.
- Method: The selected posting method.
- Publisher: The selected Publisher.
- Publisher Channel: The selected Publisher Channel.
- Publisher Source: The selected Publisher Source.
- Lead Status: The selected lead status.
- Redirect Status: The selected redirect status.
- Ping Tree: The selected Ping Tree.
- Buyer: The selected Buyer.
- Buyer Campaign: The selected Buyer Campaign.
- Lead ID: The selected lead ID.
- Lead Tag: The selected lead tag.
- Status: The current status of the record creation.
- Created: The date and time when the record was created.
You can narrow down the search results using the following filters:
- Status: Select the status of the record.
- Created: Select the date range when the record was created.
To generate a new record in the report, click the “Create New” button and fill in the required fields:
- Product: Select the Product.
- Processed Leads Period: Select the date range of the processed leads.
- Method: Select the posting method.
- Publisher: Select the Publisher.
- Publisher Channel: Select the Publisher Channel.
- Publisher Source: Select the Publisher Source.
- Lead Status: Select the lead status.
- Redirect Status: Select the lead redirect status.
- Ping Tree: Select the Ping Tree.
- Buyer: Select the Buyer.
- Campaign: Select the Campaign.
- Lead ID: Enter the lead ID.
- Lead Tag: Select the lead tag.
Click the “Save” button to finish. A new record will be displayed in the list with the “Pending” status; it might take a while to generate the report with the applied parameters.
You can check the progress of creating a report in the “Actions” column.
To download the report in a CSV file, click the “Download” button in the “Actions” column. Note: You can download the report only after the report has been generated and its status is “Done”.
The generated report in a CSV file contains the following columns:
- Date: The date and time when the lead entered the system.
- Email: The email address of the lead.
- Status: The status of the lead.
- Lead ID: The identification number of the lead.
- Redirect (yes/no): The redirect status of the lead.
- Redirect (Buyer:Campaign): The ID and name of the Buyer and the specific Campaign through which the lead was redirected.
- Publisher, USD (Sold Price): The lead sold price.
- Publisher: The name of the Publisher.
- Method: The lead posting method.
- Channel: The ID and name of the Publisher Channel.
- Source: The ID and name of the Publisher Source.
- Click ID: The unique click identifier.
- Publisher Tags: The Publisher tags applied to the lead.
- Lead Tag: The name of the lead tag.
- User IP: The lead’s IP address.
- Redirect IP: The IP address of the user from the redirect page.
- Time Between Tiers (Pub) / Processing Time, sec: The processing time between tiers (Publisher’s side).
- Total Processing Time, sec: The total lead processing time in seconds.
- Total Time Between Tiers (Pub), sec: The total lead processing time between tiers in seconds.
- End-to-End Lead Time, sec: The total lead processing time from lead creation to the final response to the Publisher.
- Duplicate Lead: The duplicate status of the lead.
