Media and Other Documents

The Media and Other Documents section is used to upload any documents that are relevant to your business and are not included in the Phonexa Documents and References menu. This can include creatives, images, email templates, internal compliance policies and procedures, etc.

To view or upload the documents, go to the Documents and References > Media and Other Documents section. 

The Media and Other Documents list contains the following information:

  • Name: The name of the document. To view the document, click on its name.
  • Size: The size of the document.
  • Type: The type and format of the document (image, folder, application, audio).
  • Created: The date and time of the document uploading.

To remove the document, click the “Remove” button in the “Actions” column and confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.

To find a specific document, enter the name in the "Name" field (1), and click the "Search" button (2). To clear all search results, click the “Clear all” button (3).

To upload the document or folder, click the “Upload Images/Documents” (4) or “Upload Folder” button (5), respectively.
