Offer Caps Report

The Offer Caps report allows you to review the conversion revenue and payout caps, and track which offers are about to cap out.

 

To view the report, go to the All Reports > Offer Caps section.



The Offer Caps report list contains the following information:

  • Date: The specific date from the selected date range.
  • Offer: The name of the Offer.
  • Advertiser: The name of the Advertiser.
  • Capped Total: The total number of clicks and conversions capped for the particular Offer.
  • Capped by Clicks: The total number of clicks capped for the particular Offer.
  • Capped by Unique Clicks: The total number of unique clicks capped for the particular Offer.
  • Capped by Conversions: The total number of conversions capped for the particular Offer.
  • Capped by Revenue: The total number of conversions capped according to the revenue amount for the particular Offer.
  • Capped by Payout: The total number of conversions capped according to the payout amount for the particular Offer.
  • Accepted Clicks: The total number of clicks accepted by the specific Offer.
  • Accepted Unique Clicks: The total number of unique clicks accepted by the specific Offer.
  • Accepted Conversions: The total number of conversions accepted by the specific Offer.
  • Revenue: The amount of revenue that the advertiser pays.
  • Payout: The payout amount to the affiliate for the offer.
  • Cost: The price for the offer (for users with Lynx Advertiser and Lynx Advertiser Senior roles only).


You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters:
  • Date: Select the date range for the report.

  • Offer: Select the Offer name.

  • Advertiser: Select the Advertiser name.

  • Affiliate: Select the Affiliate name.

  • Capped: Select the capacity of the offer cap (All/ Capped/ Uncapped).

 

The last line shows the total number of offers for each column separately.

You can save the selected filtering settings (except date range) and column filters for the report. Scroll down to the bottom of the report and click the “Save” button. The saved report will be available in the “Saved Reports” section.
