Performance Report

The Performance report is a visually intuitive dashboard illustrating how your offers perform. Track impressions, clicks, conversions, and other indicators in the required time interval to evaluate the effectiveness of your offers.

Use various options to display the most complete and detailed analytics in the form of a graph or tabular report.    

To view the report, go to the All Reports > Performance Report section.

The Performance Report list contains the following information:  

  • Offer: The name of the offer.
  • Impressions: The number of impressions for the offer.
  • Clicks: The number of clicks for the offer.
  • Unique Clicks: The quantity of unique clicks for the offer (excludes clicks by each user after their first click).
  • Conversions: The number of approved conversions.
  • Payout: The total payout for the offer.
  • Revenue: Total revenue for the offer.
  • Admin Revenue: The Admin's total revenue.
  • Affiliate Agent Earnings: The payment to the Affiliate Agent. 
  • Advertiser Agent Earnings: The payment to the Advertiser Agent.
  • CTR (click-through rate): The percentage value that divides impressions by clicks to show what percentage of people saw the ad/link and clicked through.
  • CR (conversion rate): The percentage of incoming clicks resulted in conversions.
  • RPC (revenue per click): The amount of income per click. 
  • RPA (revenue per conversion): The amount of income per conversion. 
  • EPC (earnings per click): The amount of earnings per click.    

To set up the “Affiliate Agent Earnings” settings, go to the System Management > General > Project Settings, select the “Lynx” tab, and then the “Affiliate Agent” sub-tab:

  • Earning Method: Select the earning method (Payout * Earning Percent, (Revenue - Payout) *  Earning Percent).
    • Payout * Earning Percent: This method considers the total offer payout and the Agent's earnings percentage. For example, if the total payout is $55 and the earnings percentage is 3%, the Affiliate Agent's income will be (55 * 0.03)= $1.65.   
    • (Revenue - Payout) *  Earning Percent: This method considers the values of total income and offer payouts, as well as the Agent's earnings percentage. For example, if the income is $20, the payout is $10, and the earnings percentage is 5%, the income of the Affiliate Agent will be ((20-10) * 0.05)=$0.5.   
  • % Default Earning Percent: Enter the percentage of the Agent’s earnings.
  • Default Affiliate Agent: Select the Agent that will be assigned by default. 
  • Method of Affiliate Agent Assignment: Select a method for how the Affiliate Agent will be assigned (Default Agent, Random, Rotation with Weight).    

 Click the “Save” button to confirm the action.

To set up the “Advertiser Agent Earnings” settings, go to the System Management > General > Project Settings, select the “Lynx” tab, and then the “Advertiser Agent” sub-tab:

  • Earning Method: Select the earning method (Payout * Earning Percent, (Revenue - Payout) *  Earning Percent).
    • Payout * Earning Percent: This method considers the total offer payout and the Agent's earnings percentage. For example, if the total payout is $55 and the earnings percentage is 3%, the Advertiser Agent's income will be (55 * 0.03)= $1.65.

Click the “Save” button to confirm the action.

You can narrow down the search results by using the following filters: 

  • Date: Select the date range.
  • Offer: Select the appropriate offer.
  • Offer Type: Select the type of the offer. 
  • Advertiser: Select the Advertiser.
  • Affiliate: Select the Affiliate.
  • Country: Select the Country.
  • Source: Enter the Affiliate’s traffic source specified in the tracking link. 

Click the “Search” button to generate a list.

To add more parameters to the report, use the following tabs:

  • by Offer: Adds the offer’s name.
  • by Offer Goal: Adds the offer’s goal.
  • by Date: Adds the date for each action.
  • by Hour: Adds the hour for each action. 
  • by Advertiser: Adds the advertiser’s name.
  • by Affiliate: Adds the affiliate’s name.
  • by Payout Type: Adds your payout’s type (Cost per Click/Cost per Conversion/Cost per Conversion plus Cost per Sale/Cost per Sale/Cost per Thousand Impressions).
  • by Country: Adds the offer’s country (can be empty).
  • by Vertical: Adds the specified vertical.
  • by Browser: Adds the browser for this offer (Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, etc.)
  • by Platform: Adds the operating platform (Windows, Linux, iPhone, etc.).
  • by Source: Adds the source (can be empty).
  • by Sub1: Adds Sub1 (can be empty).
  • by Sub2: Adds Sub2 (can be empty).
  • by Sub3: Adds Sub3 (can be empty).
  • by Sub4: Adds Sub4 (can be empty).
  • by Sub5: Adds Sub5 (can be empty).

To save the selected report settings or upload the previously saved report, click the “Save” or “Load” buttons at the bottom of the report page. The saved report will be added to the “Saved Reports” section.
