Phone Number Deny List

The “Phone Number Deny List” section allows you to add the undesirable lead phone numbers and phone number lists, and edit, delete, import, and export the records from the existing lists.

To view, go to the System Management > General > Phone Number Deny List section.

Deny Phone Numbers

The “Deny Phone Numbers” tab contains the list of undesirable lead phone numbers. You can narrow down the search results using the following filters: 

• ID: Enter the identification number of the phone number.
• Phone Number:  Enter the phone number.
• Created: Select the date range when the phone number was added to the list.
• Expiration: Select the date range of the phone number expiration in the list.
• Created By: Select the user who added the phone number to the list.
• Comment: Enter the comment assigned to the record.
• Product: Select the Product.
• List: Select the Phone Number Deny List to which the phone number belongs.

The “Deny Phone Numbers” tab contains the following information: 

• ID: The identification number of the phone number.

• Phone Number: The phone number.
• Created: The date and time when the phone number was added to the list.

• Expiration: The date and time of the phone number expiration.

• Created By: The user who added the phone number to the list.

• Comment: The comment of the user who added the phone number to the list.

• Product: The Product name.

• List Name: The Phone Number Deny List to which the phone number belongs.

To add the new phone number to the list, click the “Add New Record” button and fill in the required fields in the pop-up window:

• Phone Number:  Enter the phone number.
• List Name: Select the Phone Number Deny List to which the phone number belongs.
• Product: Select the Product to which the lead with the specified phone number will be rejected.
• Comment: Enter the comment.
• Deny List: Select the “Permanent” option to add the phone number to the list with no expiration. Select the “Temporary” option to set an expiration date and time for the phone number.
• Expiration: Select the date range of the phone number expiration in the list. Note: This field is only available for the “Temporary” option in the “Deny List” field.

Click the “Save” button to finish.

To edit the phone number, click the “Edit” button in the “Actions” column and fill in the required fields:

• Phone Number:  Enter the phone number.
• List Name: Select the Phone Number Deny List to which the phone number belongs.
• Product: Select the Product to which the lead with the specified phone number will be rejected.
• Comment: Enter the comment.
• Deny List: Select the “Permanent” option to add the phone number to the list with no expiration. Select the “Temporary” option to set an expiration date and time for the phone number.
• Expiration: Select the date range of the phone number expiration in the list. Note: This field is only available for the “Temporary” option in the “Deny List” field.

Click the “Save” button to apply changes. 

To delete the phone number, click the “Delete” button in the “Actions” column.

Click the “Delete” button in the pop-up window to confirm your intention.

To import a CSV file or Textarea, click the “Import CSV/Textarea” button and follow the instructions in the pop-up window.

Deny Phone Numbers Lists

The “Deny Phone Numbers Lists” tab allows you to view and manage the Deny Phone Numbers lists.

You can narrow down the search results using the following filters: 

• ID: Enter the identification number of the Deny Phone Number List.
• List Name: Enter the Deny Phone Number List name.
• Created: Select the date range when the Deny Phone Number List was created.
• Created By: Enter the user name who created the Deny Phone Number List.
• Status: Select the Deny Phone Number List status (Active / Disabled).

The “Deny Phone Numbers Lists” tab contains the following information: 

• ID: The identification number of the Deny Phone Number List.
• List Name: The Deny Phone Number List name.
• Created By: The user name who created the Deny Phone Number List.
• Created: The date and time when the Deny Phone Number List was created.
• Status: The Deny Phone Number List status.

To add a new list, click the “Add New Record” button and fill in the required fields: 

• Name: Enter the name of the new Deny Phone Number List.
• Status: Select the Deny Phone Number List status (Active / Disabled).

Click the “Save” button to finish.

To edit the Deny Phone Number List, click the “Edit” button in the “Actions” column and fill in the required fields: 

• Name: Enter the name of the new Deny Phone Number List.
• Status: Select the Deny Phone Number List status (Active / Disabled).

Click the “Save” button to apply changes. 

To delete the Deny Phone Number List, click the “Delete” button in the “Actions” column.

Click the “Delete” button in the pop-up window to confirm your intention.
